Having worked at big furniture stores, it is so refreshing to shop at an independent small business that offers a great variety of furniture and mattresses at very competitive prices and, much of the time, with same-day delivery. Gigi, the owner, is fantastic and has a very inspiring personal story.Truly recommend.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Seriously everyone, I moved to San Diego and looked on all the apps, sites, everywhere for a couch.Prices were crazy, pickup and delivery was a pain, then I came across Gigi and her store front. They literally have EVERY type of couch you could want and all for a great price!My couch is my favorite thing in my home, it’s exactly what I wanted and it was so easy to find once I found her. Congrats you found your couch store!

My husband and I were about to get a king mattress in less than 24 hours. From messaging Gigi in the morning to getting it delivered the same night even after an unfortunate mishap for their delivery team, we were able to keep contact with our sales rep and sleep well for the first time in a very long time. Great people with great products and I’d recommend to anyone.

Great Selection of mattress at great prices. We checked all the big name stores and they had the best price and our mattress is brand name. Delivery and pickup of old mattress was cheap, easy, and great communication.

I found BoxDrop Furniture & Mattress via Facebook Marketplace. I originally wanted to buy a lightly used couch for less than $500 but found the exact couch I wanted from BoxDrop for $790 (With tax and delivery, it was under $1000 but I was tired of looking in Offerup or Marketplace and having no shows). Compared to other furniture stores (i.e. Scandinavian Designs, Bob's and Jeromes), it was a steal since it had both the sleeper and chaise with storage. The owner, Gigi, was very nice and accommodating and even let me switch one of the pillow stuffing in the couch I bought. Open on weekends and Gigi was very quick to response on facebook as well as on the phone. Late post but went "looking" for a couch & came out as a owner. They have a really good inventory to view (various sizes, colors, needs, etc.). I believe I will be returning, especially if Armando Rojas Torres will be assisting me.

We bought our first couch from Gigi about four years ago; and now we bought our second as our space has opened up and we wanted another couch. The customer service is unparalleled, the quality is amazing, and the prices are low. We will always shop with Gigi and love her store.

Found Gigi on Google and stopped in to see what they offered. While it's a small shop there was a good variety of sectionals, couches and love seats to look and feel out. We didn't spend too much time before we found the perfect sectional for our new home. For the same sectional at the big box stores we would have paid 2-3x the amount for the cost of the sectional and delivery. We got super lucky that we could also get same day delivery, as the delivery guys were onsite. Quick delivery as we pulled up to the house, so did the truck with the couch. The gentlemen were efficient in moving everything in and helping us arrange the sectional to our preferences.

Check this furniture store Out! What a Find! I've got to tell ya'll about my experience @ San Diego BoxDrop furniture store. The flags were out when we rolled up at a little after 12PM (opened on time a real plus with me) today. We were looking for a New Bed To comfortable closer to the floor. GiGi (Owner) greeted us and led us over to the mattresses. She listened intently to our specific mattress needs and wants. I am disabled and required assistance getting up into the bed. While we were looking and trying out beds-she waited on two other people. We decided on a Queen size Serta-GiGi had one in stock in plastic. She was able to set up delivery tomorrow-amazing! they will deliver, set up new bed, remove old (40 year old mattress and box spring). Here's the thing - I was stunned at the reasonable prices of all items. GiGi was so professional, I couldn't believe how simple the process was. I paid her by check and away we went 100% satisfied. I highly recommend, even if you don't buy anything to swing by and check out this SD BoxDrop Store and meet GiGi. Thank you Paula & Stacey Satisfied

I found Gigi off of Facebook marketplace (she is the owner) and let me tell you. She's full of IT, false advertising to the MAX. It's all a lie. You get there and boom prices are double it's ridiculous. She will not give you a deal and tell you "ohh I'm only charging $100 above my cost ". POOR QUALITY. I found the same exact couch for $800 which she charged me $1683 with tax unbelievable. I would not recommend she's not only a liar but she's very deceitful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AWAY!!! Your better off going to Big Lots and buying a couch.

We just had the greatest experience @BoxDrop in Highland Village Tx.. Gary was amazing and we appreciate his patience with us as we selected our new mattress. I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a mattress!
