I just wanted to say thank-you again for the help. I had purchased a wedding gift for a groom which arrived late and had scratches on the metal. I was in a bind. A gentleman here told me to bring it in and was able to polish it up for me and make it look like new. Please support this business, they're one of the good ones.

I have a charm bracelet that's 34 years old and needed to find a local jeweler who could solder charms on. I was referred to Bowers Jewelers by another jeweler, so I knew they had to be good!I called and then went in to show them what needed to be done, and everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They did such an amazing job, and I look forward to coming back!If you haven't been here, they have so much in the store, including holiday items. I purchased a glass pumpkin for Halloween while dropping off my bracelet.I highly recommend Bowers Jewelers!!I wish I could give them 100 stars!

I have a sterling silver charm bracelet over 30 years old, which is very precious. I still collect charms and look for professional jewelers I can trust for soldering and repairs. I know the GM of a jewelry store in La Jolla who referred me to Bowers Jewelers to solder the charms onto my charm bracelet. I met with the entire team, including the owner, a few weeks ago, and they were ALL so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. While looking around, I found the perfect addition to our Halloween decor! I look forward to returning for more purchases; this place has many neat things for anyone!

Chris is absolutely amazing!! He helped me and my now-fiancé design my engagement ring. He is so knowledgeable and we learned so much within the time we worked with him. Beautiful and unique store! Their staff was so educated on everything they had and very nice. It felt a little overwhelming at first but, the employees made us feel completely welcome and showed us a little bit of everything they had. At the same time giving us so much information on everything. Will definitely be going back for home decor and/or gifts!

Love love love! I came here before my wedding and they helped make my rings sparkle. They even removed links from my husbands Rolex! They were so friendly and helpful, we can't wait to go back for our anniversary gifts!

Bowers Jewelers is a true "Gem" in the rough. The customer service provided when I took my watch in for a battery was truly amazing. Upon explaining I had another watch needing a repair & battery, I was given an education regarding my options and how and what I needed to do in order to get the watch properly re-pressurized, if I intended or were going to use for diving. He took his time and gave me more information, customer service and attention than I'd previously been given in my 35 previous years combined, when servicing different watches I've owned! Thank you Larry(?) and the associate that helped me find some nice earrings from Spain, for a Christmas gift! Keep up the great work!
