I've been coming to BU since 2018 and there is no other place like it. Francine does an amazing job creating an inclusive environment for women to come and weight lift in small groups. She both challenges you and makes modifications when needed. Classes are well paced and perfect for work schedules whether you need an early morning or evening class. I've learned so much about weight lifting, form, and nutrition from Francine over the years while hitting PRs throughout. A fun bonus is the community outings we do throughout the year. There is no other community like this! Check it out, it is 110% worth your while.

This place really surpassed my expectations. I had been on their newsletter for a while and decided to leap fully in with their A-team program without doing a trial run and it was so worth it! It gave me more confidence to attempt workouts at the gym on my own, while also building community with the weekly sessions. It had me looking at my health through a different lens. I had been looking for a way to get into lifting and I found it. A huge thank you to the owner Francine and Jason. It’s a clean and well organized gym with multiple options for people to choose from. I think it meets people where they are at and helps them accomplish their goals. What a gem!

Awesome place to get stronger at your own pace! The coaches are great. I love that there's women of all levels so you don't feel intimidated or out of place no matter your age or level.

I love body university and all that it has to offer. I joined the A team and got a jump start on my fitness journey. I gained confidence on how to prepar proper nutrition, and get the most out of my workouts. The trainers are super helpful and really want to see you get stronger. The best part is that you show up and everything is set up for you, no need to think about what you want to work on or how to set up the machine. It is a small group and feels like you get one on one attention.

I absolutely love Body University and the group classes here. You come in, do you circuit workouts, 50 mins & done! Everyone is very friendly from clients to staff. No judgement zone unlike some other high end gyms. The most important key as a member, I don't have to plan my workout routine prior (upper body day , leg day.. etc), the routine is set and I just show up. Another bonus, the staff adjust load the weights while we are doing our workout. Provide helpful tips and offer assistance during the workout. Such a time saver. As a busy working mom, time is essential! I would highly recommend Body University, it's the best positive environment ever and offers a sense of community.

I've been coming to Body University for over 2 years now and will continue to. This is the perfect environment for someone like me who feels uneasy in a gym setting but wants to crush some weights and become stronger and sexier! Francine gives me so much confidence and has helped me tremendously in my overall confidence and physique. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and encouraging and I love how it's for people of all fitness backgrounds. If you're looking for a judgement-free gym to get serious results, this is your place! I feel amazing after every workout and look forward to each session. Thank you Francine!

If you’ve been intimidated to start lifting on your own at a gym, Body University is a great place to learn the lay of the lifting world. Francine and Syd are super knowledgeable and assist you every step of the way so that nothing it too overwhelming. Group classes are great and keep you accountable. Francine and syd do a great job pushing you throughout the workout and the other ladies in class are great hype girls.Added bonus, if you ever venture down the bikini competition rabbit hole, bikini prep and posing is offered. Francine does an amazing job with posing, this coming from someone who struggles to walk in flat who somehow managed to walk in 5inch heels on stage…with a hair flip.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Francine and Body University! I have been working out there since 2019 and have learned so much about strength training and muscle isolation. Each class has a max of 6 people, so you get a ton of one-on-one trainer time to ensure your form is on point and you are pushing yourself. Francine will even do exercise modifications if you are injured/hurt. I have never felt stronger or more confident in myself!

I've been coming here since 2014 working with Francine. Sydney, Francine, and Jason are an amazing team and with them you can truly accomplish your goals!! Their classes are 6 ppl at a time (unless you do personal training) so they aren't overpacked. With 6 ppl your still able to get that one on one attention similar to what you would get with a personal training sesh. The pace and routines are great for beginners and also those who are advanced in fitness! Love you guys!! Thanks for being so awesome
