Everything was handled behind the scenes through my insurance and CC and all I had to do was bring in and then pick up my car. This is the second time I've dealt with Caliber Collision, one was another location, and the service is consistent and great at both. I understand why AAA works with them. I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff and was happy to know I was provided a completion date and my car was ready the date promised. This made it easy to work with my schedule. “I had a new vehicle that has a matte paint finish to it. I ended up with someone keying my car across the driver and passenger door. I knew it would require repainting both doors as well as blending into the front and back of the vehicle. I got a quote form another auto repair shop who wanted nearly 5k for the job. I took it to West Coast. They gave me a written quote which was much less. I booked an appointment that day for the following week. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was done on Friday. The car looks great. Matte paint is hard to do, and they did a great job. Yes, I would recommend them.”

“Nice Family owned and operated repair shop. The owner is certified throughout with an extensive background and skillful ! My Mercedes S550 came out phenomenal after the repairs ! Despite the battle with my insurance i have to give it to these guys. Their job is to repair and they did beyond that. Besides the work they are some down to earth people who are cool, welcoming, & respectful. I have a new respect for what they do considering the challenges of meeting different personalities and customers who can be impatient. “14 years that I've gotten excellent craftsmanship level of detail and service. The touch-less foam cannon washes were done better than any place in CA. When I moved to Arizona I made it a point to still drop off my car at the Metro shop in Miramar and their other locations when I was often in town for business. David is a pro. He renewed a few cars over the years to look better than new and the maintenance , wow, he would see things I didn't and I love cars and am a DuPont paint expert. David is a pro among pros. If you have a high end finish on a collectible or exotic he will take care of the car like it was his own, and better than anyone that understands coatings and paint preservation. So yes, he's the best. I've worked with others across the country, he would be award winning.”
