I took my car in for an estimate to repair the bumper.They took my car right in and an hour later it was completely and perfectly repaired. When I asked what the charge was, I was told there would be no charge! It was an unexpected and very happy experience.

I chose this shop because of all the great reviews and the reviews were right. The work they did on my car looks great! The paint color matches perfectly. I wanted OEM parts and Chris was able to work with the insurance to get their payment but still get me OEM parts with a very reasonable extra charge. They also cleaned the car and it looks like they might have waxed it. They even cleaned under the hood! I was impressed by that because a lot of their customers wouldn't have noticed that. Clearly they care about doing a good job, even for things the customer doesn't see. If I need collision repairs again I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

This is a very reputable auto repair place. They let you know up front what they will be charging you and they even cleaned up my front light lenses at no extra charge. Very happy with their work. The guys that work there have great customer service. Another satisfied customer

This place was amazing and specifically Leonardo. I'm visiting Diego and broke my side-mirror (in a tiny parking garage in our AirBnB). Called a local shop, they said, better you buy a mirror from ebay and we install. I did (although, I ended up buying in Amazon but same thing). Got it and called to schedule installation and...oops, they just stopped taking new customer! bummer!! called few places, some don't install mirrors, others only install if they buy, one wanted $130 for the work... I decided to call a bit more, and by luck called Body Shop Express. The guy who answered was very nice and said sure, they can do it; how much? oh, we may not even charge if it's easy, if it'll be more complicated and take time we'll charge by time but probably not over $20. When? Would today or tomorrow work for me? you bet! I figured they'll probably say it's hard, charge maybe $40, still great deal. So I come; place is neat and clean (even restrooms) and guys are nice and help me right away. Took them some time since the wiring is different, so I got my card ready and then Leo says, no, it wasn't enough work to justify a charge. Wow, that's amazing. I hope and expect not to need more body work in the rest of my stay here but if I will, I know where I'll go!

I had a great experience with Body Shop Express. Everyone was so nice, they kept me in the loop on the status of my car, handled the insurance and rental car details, finished working on my car a week early, and cleaned the interior. Highly recommend

My wife had a good experience here in 2023 for her work vehicle, so I went to see about my personal Lexus GS (JAN 9 2024) that had an issue on the passenger door. Chris scheduled me to come by a few days after I dropped by their site. They fixed the issue (rubber seal over door wiring, which really needed to door to come off) quickly in about an hour. Chris said NO CHARGE when I asked how much did I owe them. I was really surprised and wasn't sure what to say besides THANK YOU. If you ever have and issue I would definitely take your car here first.

I visited Bodyshop Express in San Diego a while ago for an issue with my car's door handle, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by their service and kindness. What truly set Bodyshop Express apart, however, was their incredible generosity. After fixing my car door handle perfectly, they informed me that there would be no charge for the service... since the issue was not dire and it was extremely easy for them to fix. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. The kindness and helpfulness of everyone at Bodyshop Express have earned them a loyal customer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs... and I am going back to them to fix another door handle!

Thank you so much body shop express! These guys are professional, efficient & did such an incredible job on my front bumper. I even noticed the minor details they did going over a some minor scratches. I would recommend this place to anyone
