*GREAT SERVICE*
Let me start off by saying this was not your typical car wash experience. Besides the unbelievably great prices and the detailed interior and exterior wash, the customer service was superb. Once the wash was complete, I walked over to my car, and to my surprise, it did not turn on. We couldn’t figure out if it was out of gas or if it was the battery. After several attempts with my charger cables and the staff's equipment, my car finally started. The staff went above and beyond to help me out as a first-time customer. This was a 10/10 experience. If you're on the fence about trying this place or curious about it, go for it—you will not regret it and, like me, will become a returning customer.

I bought interior and exterior detail. $400! They LIED to me and did not wash my car at all. I KNOW they stole my friend’s sunglasses and pretty sure they took cash from my car. The only reason why I know they didn’t wash my car is because the interior was BONE dry when I went to pick up my car after hours on a Saturday. I went back on Monday and asked for my money back and they refused service or giving me back my money. Lesson learned.

This was my old stopping grounds for my car wash. If been going to random car washes near my house. I decided to make the drive from La Mesa. So worth the drive. Paid 45$ for the Ultimate wash! Best deal. They did a great job.

UPDATE, They misplaced my car mats and lied that one was missing. After over 1 month of phone calls, they finally resolved the issue.

I've been going to Body Beautiful for 15 years and I have never been disappointed.
I have had washes, waxes, and interior/exterior details on multiple Lexus and Tesla vehicles and the results are always great. Your car will pop and shine after visiting Body Beautiful. If you watch the crew working on your car you can see the attention to detail.
In the rare occasion that I've found something that they missed on the car, they are always happy to fix it.
Definitely recommend.

The place as gone down hill with the new management. Been getting car washes there at least twice a month for the last 28 years and now it kinda sucks!

I’ve been a customer of this car wash for about 10 years, and unfortunately with the various changes of ownership I think the quality of the car wash has decreased significantly while the cost remains high.
Today I went to get my car washed and the wait for a basic wash was about 30 minutes and the was was very basic. I watched several other customers have to grab drying towels and spend additional time on their vehicles after the wash was complete.
The cost remains super high for car washes and gas here I think because the airport is so close, yet the larger client base is local and not travelers. 3 stars is being generous.

My experience was wonderful. They were friendly, honest, and courteous. My vehicle came out looking like it did when I first bought it, every small detail cleaned and polished. Even my children were amazed at how clean the van was. Thank you Emmanuel!
