I came here few times, mostly for rolling papers and lighters. It's conveniently located in the shopping center right next to Vons, guys who work here are always nice and I personally never had any issue with this business. Recently I bought a nice big glass bong for just $39.99 and I'm very haply with it. The thickness of glass is the same as on the bong I bought for $110 somewhere else. They carefully wrapped it in a bubble wrap in front of me too.

Bought a puff bar from here and it didn't hit when it came out of the package. Brought it back and the guy working refused to give me a new one. Never go here it's awful and the workers are just rude !

I have bought cigars from this place on more then one occasion now. 4-5 times. Every cigar I buy, whether it is $14 or $3.99, they are all dry. It's pretty clear that the owner is not maintaining his humidor. So a ton of cigars just dry rotting away. Cigar aficionados expect that an expensive cigar is kept well. I think he is more focused on providing smoking crap for pot heads.

They have great accessories and capes ect.. but the guy in the counter is rude I've gone there about 3 times first I bought a smok vape which was great but he did not tell me that some part where made out of glass I drilopnot and it shattered I went the next day and said if I could get some type of discount for a new one hr said no. There is no sign no morning got a receipt saying sales are final . The second time which was today I bought a 5$ pipe broke 30min later didnt even used it so I went back hoeing for a new one he said no as well it's a nice store but horrible customer service!

SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! Don't buy your smoke stuff here. I bought vape pen refills last night and the one I put in didn't work. I returned to the store tonight with my vape pen and the refills I bought for $16. I just need the vape pen to work for my roadtrip and really aint trippin about the cost. I explained the situation to the guy behind the counter, he wasn't very smart, and he asked me if I was sure I bought the refills at that store. I looked at him like "what?" uh, yes I bought these last night at this store. Then he says "who did you buy them from?" I was like "The dude behind the counter." He then asked me like 3 times before he called the other guy who works there and face timed me. I'm like, dude it's not that serious... I just want a vape pen that works. Anyway, the dude on the phone told me I had to buy a vape pen pack that came with refills in order to test the refills he sold me on a different vape system. So, stupid me, I did and the didn't work. He told me if they didn't work he would of course refund me... NOPE... The guy tells me he doesn't like the way I'm talking and that I can come back tomorrow. WOW... so I took my new vape pen that I didn't need, which cost me $15 along with the bogus refills that didn't work and also cost me $15 dollars and left. I am going to dispute the charges and get my money back but what an insult. Now I am home and I opened a 3rd refill and instantly could tell that it's heavier and boom it works... THE REFILL CARTRIDGE PACK THEY SOLD ME HAD 2 BLANKS... DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They must buy their stuff off the back of a truck because it's bogus. My roommate also told me the cigarettes he bought there on 2 occasions were old and stale and didn't taste at all like they are suppose to. He suspects they buy their product from a shady source and so he quit shopping there. I plan on reporting them to the State of California just to make sure they have the correct licenses and tax stamps for their products. All of this over $30 that I am going to get back from my credit card company... ridiculous.
