Service has been the focus of my whole life. Sadly, the level of service seems to be decreasing into almost “nothingness!”
I’ve only been to Bob Brown’s once, on the recommendation of a friend. I’d rate the level of service I received, as excellent!
I needed a regular checkup, which had become very expensive, once my pre-paid maintenance contract with the dealer expired. I got the same service at Bob Brown’s for about half the price.
Just by coincidence, I was in the middle of renewing my registration the night before. Part way through, I realized I needed a smog check.
They were able to take care of that, too! They had already electronically sent the certificate to the DMV by the time I got home.
There was an advertising campaign at the company I retired from as a Service Executive that used the sentence: “The Best business calls are personal.” I received a call, after, telling me I’d left my reusable thermal bottle there. They’d hold onto it until it was convenient for me to get it.
Forgot to mention: They found a missing lug nut on a front tire with a damaged stub. I had purchased 2 new tires just a couple of months before at the big box store. This was their third screw-up, and they hadn’t even mentioned it to me. It’s been over a week since I went in & filled out a report & no one has contacted me, yet!
I’m GRATEFUL that Bob Brown’s automotive believes in and practices Great Service! Thank you.

Honest people and quick service! I brought in my car at opening and they finished around 3 hours later, my trunk got caught on my backpack strap and they were able to get it open. They didn't charge me for my mistake but if anything does go wrong in the future, they will be the people I trust and will recommend to everyone for any car needs.

Not sure about this shop. First they're not open weekends at all, not even limited hours or appointment only, just closed, which makes it virtually impossible for me to use them since I, you know...work. I called them to try and get my car in for some minor things but they wanted me to make an appointment for the following week. I didn't have time for that so took it to A & R Automotive across the street where they got me in first thing Saturday morning and got my car taken care of. Two stars because they might be good mechanics, just so inconvenient I didn't get to find out.

I spoke with the service writer Corey and met the owner Bob great people highly recommend them for any repair or service.The price on repairs are very reasonable and they completed the repair as promised on time. This was my second time coming the Bob Brown's services. I have had a great experience with the services they provide. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. There prices were very competitive compared to dealership prices. I highly recommend them for automotive services.

Bob is the best mechanic I have ever known. I have been going to this place for decades. He does a full inspection with the oil change, and he doesn't tell you to replace perfectly good parts just because the maintenance schedule says so. Bob lets you know just what needs to be done and his repairs are completely reliable. It's a warm friendly atmosphere at the garage, and it's also a place where it's possible to get excellent auto repairs at a very competitive price. I always ask if there are eggs because sometimes Bob's wife gives him some eggs from the chickens to sell. I am very happy to support this business and I recommend Bob to anyone I know who needs a car repair.

They have provided service to my elderly parents for years, even going so far as to pick up and drop off their car. With me living 2,500 miles away, THAT level of customer care provides a lot of peace of mind. Honest diagnoses, fair prices, superb service - what's not to like? I only wish Bob had a garage in my neighborhood in New York!
