2 days before close all parties were notified that the buyer no longer qualifies due to income changes that came up on the final employment verification. Bunk.. you don't get income verification on a final employment verification. Became unresponsive to phone calls from the Buyers agent and the listing agent. I would highly recommend getting your ducks in order with a different lender.

Where to start....first I am a combat Marine Corps veteran, and wanted to take advantage of my VA loan. I knew getting a mortgage would be challenging due to me being in the process of building my credit back up. After doing some research I found Blur Planet Mortgage and saw their no vet left behind program, so I decided to give it a shot. Throughout my home buying process I applied with 7 lenders that I found online that are best for VA loans. I went through the steps and thoroughly compared loan estimates from all 7.Jason Murguia with Blue Planet Mortgage was the OBVIOUS choice by far. For reference I was using a VA loan and my credit was in the 640-680 range and I was buying around 500K. The loan estimates from all the other lenders ranged between 3.25%-4.5% with closing costs ranging between 13K-22K.Jason and I closed on a 520K home with zero down VA loan in 21 DAYS at a 2.375!!!!!!!!!!!! And my closing costs were around 11K all together.Throughout the entire process Jason was always hunting for the best deals for me and he was available at all hours for questions or adjusted DU pre approval letters aimed at each specific property. The DU approval letters he provided were very detailed and affective in helping my stand out among other offers.As a first time home buyer I was really surprised on how easy the loan process was with Jason. In fact, we closed Escrow 9 days early!I would strongly recommend that anyone searching for a home go to Jason Murguia at Blue Planet Mortgage hands down nobody else even came close to competing with the deals he found for me!!Thanks

I enjoyed working with my agent. Working with him felt as if we've known each other for years. I use him for all of my real-estate needs. My calls and questions were always answered. The program that he uses made it easy to upload and review documents. I'm busy and always traveling, so being able to submit and receive documents online is a convenience. Jason helped me out buying my first house and he made it so easy for me that I was able to do everything just from my cell phone. I’m in the military and I spend a lot of time on the move and that really made a huge difference for me. I would certainly recommend Blue Planet Mortgage.
