We were visiting on vacation and needed a place for a quick load of laundry. The location is safe, the facility is clean and well kept, and the prices are fair. I had the opportunity to visit with the owner, Russ, who is an incredible guy. I would highly recommend this laundromat.

Extremely small laundromat. Tried buying detergent out of the vending machines and it kept spitting my money back out. I used different bills and coins and no detergent. Finally it took a $5 bill but didn't give me the detergent. So just lost $5 cuz no one works here to ask for my money back or give me the product I paid for.

Worst customer service. Russ is an angry, lying, grumpy old man who takes zero responsibility for the way he and his staff disrespects and invalidates his customers and their complaints. (Response to his response) This guy is unbelievable. I complain (below) and this guy bold face lies in his response, to save face. He was extremely rude for SURE no smile under his mask. I could tell by the extremely sarcastic tone of voice, un-willingness to listen, rude words, and lack of "smiling" eyes. His response also indicated i was "sensitive" 3 times. I bet his wife hears that often. Its hard not to be "sensitive" when the person there to help you is blatenly calling you a liar/stupid because there was a coin in the slot. No way it was someone else's coin??? I think you mistook my anger at your behavior as sensitivity. Such a jerk. Read his responses to complaints, he's never wrong!!! Always explaining why the customer always is wrong/mistaken/sensitive/problematic!!! Horrible customer service!!!
My original post: "A quarter got stuck in my machine after I put in 2.25$, I texted the owner to let him know I was unable to put an out of order sign on it (they had none) i switched my clothes to another washer. He was so rude when he came in. He repeatedly blamed me for it, saying i put too many coins in, but as soon as the counter stopped increasing i stopped inserting quarters. He smugly opened the machine, pulled out a quarter out and said "see?!" I had texted him over 20 min before he showed up, obviously someone put another quarter in after me trying to get a discounted wash... I then overheard him complaining to other CUSTOMERS and an employee of the business (sdf?) next door about me! He was saying "I have to come up here so many times a week to fix this problem, people put 4,5,6 quarters in after it's not counting up! How hard is it?" Well Mr. Karen if your machine is stealing quarters, and not working right so many times a week, how about you fix the problem and stop blaming and talking bad about your customers? I use to come 2x weekly, we will never return. Seems like that was his prerogative anyway." The owner has become a part of my life and he is a lot nicer to me. I understood the importance of keeping the place tip top and not a homeless hangout! Ten stars!

The owner here is a monster. He saw me throwing away a small paper bag into the trash bin and told me not to clean out my car in his parking lot and use his trash bin for it. It was from the lunch I had just eaten while waiting for a load of laundry to finish.
He got very angry bc I told him to buzz off and leave me alone, as I was minding my own business and also doing the right thing by not littering.
After he finally stopped harassing me, another customer told me the only reason he was there was bc someone’s laundry was stolen out of a dryer. Not surprising bc a lot of shady people wash their clothes there.
Just avoid this place. His suuuuuuper creepy wife owns it with him, too. No need to line the pockets of nasty human beings.
TLDR; your clothes may get stolen if you don’t keep an eye on it. The owners are scum.

I do not recommend this dump of a laundromat anymore. Russ, the owner is indeed a guy with a bad attitude and no sense of good customer service or appreciates patronage. I concur with other postings as to his vile personality and the status of several of his machines which do not work properly (including the ones running on the Pay Range APP). Many machines are often Out of Order and "it is hit or miss" if the ones NOT tagged actually work and you do not lose your money. When that happens you have to contact the owner ( yes, his number is posted on the wall) and deal with his appalling candor. I had been coming here for over a year because I support small businesses and the place is very convenient to my workplace at the USD campus but on December 6th, Russ behaved horribly and used profanity towards me ( had issue with the washer #11) and even said that he "would be happy if I went somewhere else" .Very well Mr. Boynton , it is back to SUDZ up Linda Vista & Ulric. A bit more driving but better service.This place is struggling to stay afloat and should be shut down soon!! Thank you.

Maybe having an attendant on duty would be helpful and a lost and found out a number to call and ask would also be nice. I left 2 shirts a couple of blankets and towel but, couldn't contact anyone to ask.

First time using a laundromat and one of the machines ate my quarters. I called Russ and in less then 10 min he was there and fixed the machine and did my load for free. He has lived such a full life and I really enjoyed my conversation with him. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely worst laundry mat I've ever been to. owner was extremely rude. Will not be coming back. If you're thinking about going here, I'd highly recommend looking up another laundry mat in the area.
