I highly recommend Big Box Storage !
Desmond dropped off my storage box this morning . He was so kind and patient. . He was on time and he patiently worked with me on finding the best place to put the storage box to allow for parking our car and still being able to access the box, while also insuring it was placed where my HOA and my neighbors wouldn’t be bothered by it. .
I have used another storage company prior and can honestly say Big Box is by far the best choice . It’s convenient, their customer service is exemplary. You are able to access you box or boxes at home ( and the delivery and pick up is priced very reasonably). From the customer service in the office to their drivers, all of them go above and beyond to help you. Desmond is a perfect example of the companies dedication to the happiness of their customers.

Erick was super helpful and gave me ideas for my storage cube that I didn't think of. He was very friendly and made the process simple. I didn't catch the name of who picked up my box but he also had great customer service. He helped me close the box thanks to a tricky lock. I'd definitely use Big Box again for my storage needs.

Nice staff! We moved in the last minute and they are willing to wait for us even after their office hours! Very smooth and quick move in. Great and safe place to store your stuff! 100% recommend this place!

I’ve been dealing with Big Box for some years now, due to Covid and housing prices being so high, with that said my pods have always been kept safe and secure. They’ve been delivered on time when I needed them and this past delivery is to finally move into an a place that I truly love so my tenure with them will be coming to an end but I had the pleasure of meeting Evich, he was the kindest person and the calm that I needed during a stressful time.
Let me also say that the customer service is also awesome, always pleasant and helpful.

We had to move extremely quickly due to someone else’s bad choices. Big Box (especially Dan) was great! When I called, they had the boxes arrive quickly. Dan was impressive with his forklift handling and showed me how they worked. When I called to have them delivered, the team member who answered was incredibly helpful. They had the boxes in and out in one day’s time.
I would definitely use them again.

Stored several boxes and both delivery and pick up was very easy. As well as accessing boxes in between. Final drop off was with Dan who carefully placed the boxes to minimize distance needed to carry items and took the time to ensure that the doors would open easily after having been closed for nearly a year. Fantastic service
