They fixed my bracelet and they had a nice supply of used products and I will go back and buy one on payday.

I had a pleasure dealing with Tony on a fine Rolex piece. The timepiece was in ever better condition than advertised! He's very knowledgable and honest. We talked about other watches and he took out some other pieces for me to compare. They have a very extensive inventory and great price for the condition the watches are in. Will look forward to doing more business with them!

If you are in need of jewelry tools or supplies this is only place to go. Not only do they have a great selection they are always helpful with advice. The prices are very competitive and here you get to touch the items, get advice, and help the local economy. Recently we had an expensive tester go bad after about six months. Not only did they handle the return they handed us a new tool on the spot so we didn't have to wait. Highly recommend these guys.

They are located on the 6th floor of the jewelry exchange building downtown. Great selection of machines, testers, tools, you name it. Very friendly too.

Needed to get a men's watch battery replaced so I came to 861 6th Ave. Found David Levi and Sons based on positive Yelp reviews so I went there first. They quoted me $25 and said it would take 30 mins. Sounded way too expensive for a simple battery replacement so I found Preciado's. They did it for $6 and it took 5 mins. He was extremely polite, cleaned up my watch for me, and gave me a few travel pouches for free! What a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Beware this company does not care about their customers or their reputation for that matter. I just got into the Cookie Lee business and asked my up-line where I could buy some displays for my jewelry. This lady has been in the business for about 10 years and has been referring fellow cookie lee ladies to this business for about 8 of those years. So needless to say they came highly recommended. Well I placed my order online on a Tuesday afternoon, and my credit card was charged that Friday. About a week and half later I still had not received my package so I decided to give them a call. NOBODY there could give me a clear answer. I wasn't getting any where with them so I asked my up-line if she could give them a call because the manager wasn't returning my phone calls. She did and they apologized for the inconvenience and told her that they would ship it out first thing the next day. Well TWO more days rolled by and no package! So I called again and by this time I am so annoyed. They then preceded to tell me that they weren't going to ship out my package until next week! I was like I THINK NOT! I really needed these supplies as I was having my first show in 4 days. So this company ultimately decided to just CANCEL MY ORDER and they still have not giving me back my money! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
