I recently bought a car from O'Gara, and my salesperson was Zach Lara. Zach didn't push at all, and the whole thing went as smooth as a recently polished gold ring...with a 3ct diamond on top! I have no idea where that came from, but the experience was great. My kids (under age 17) have gone with me to look at cars, and Zach always greeted them like real people, and that only endears a father's heart to the organization. Everyone there is helpful, and they have on-site parking. O'Gara Coach is not my favorite car dealer!

I purchased a Bentley from them and paid for shipping and tire protection and I was given a CERTIFIED car .... well that was NOT TRUE car arrived with wheel well damage and alignment issues , WORN TIRES and brake issues and had to fight and get an attorney involved to get it resolved . Then I traded car and canceled my tire protection . that I paid for .;; dealership got the check and cashed it and never refunded me . I called and emailed and no response at all !!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ARE DISGUSTING . CALLED MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER AND NO RESPONSE !!!!!! DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE ELSE NOT THEM!

Professionalism and proper social interaction was not present with the salesman here. Its a true shame that i was not taken serious as if i could not afford one of these vehicles. Overall the experience was disappointing. Sadly enough i was in Atlanta, Ga while conducting business and purchased an exquisite Ferrari and the experience was complete different and refreshing. It helps that Atlanta seems to be a city were diversity is more seen when it comes to wealth and therefore no one is really treated as if they do not belong in the sales floor. For any young professionals of diverse backgrounds i would say that its worth the trip to Georgia to get a royal experience.

I bought my 2017 Lamborghini Huracan from Nolan Reilly at O'Gara Coach San Diego and he was very professional the whole transaction and also made it a fun experience considering I am on the other side of the country. I called into the dealership on a Saturday and came to a deal with Nolan within the first hour of us talking. Nolan was very responsive and respectful. I give him a 10 out of 10 on across all aspects on buying a car! Sean Beardsley the F&I manager was also very responsive and easy to work with considering I am on the other side of the country.

Zach at O'gara was amazing. My wife and I showed up kids in tow without an appointment to take a look at cars. The plan was to see which exotic we like the best and purchase it a few months down the road. Zach willingly helped us and showed us the cars we were interested in. We had no pressure to buy and the service was amazing! We returned a month and a half later to purchase our car and had it transported down from Beverly Hills the next day! Great service, amazing people and awesome cars. What else could you possibly want?

Beautiful full selection of luxury and exotic cars here. Our family was peeking in the show room windows and deciding which would be the best fun car. Jacob and Patrick were super cool and friendly. They allowed the kids to look at the vehicles outside. Who knows, maybe they will come back and buy one someday

The experience i had here was one of disappointment. As an individual who has worked hard to build their wealth i am very cautious of how my money is spent. One great quality that i have developed while acquiring my success and accomplishments is the ability to take full control of the situation and be aware of my surroundings. You can learn so much by a situation by staying quite, letting others speak and just paying attention. The lack of eye contact, no motivational attitude and pure lack of willing to really sell enthusiastically made me realize that this particular establishment is not one where i would conduct business. I am not writing this review to discourage anyone from purchasing their desires you have worked hard for. The purpose of this review is to lay out my experience so that other professionals may be cautious when they conduct business. I hope my experience could help guide another person who has accomplished success spend their wealth which i know you worked so hard for just like i did, spend it wisely.

Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle. In our case, we traded our used Bentley Flying Spur for the new Bentley Continental Convertible. The deal was stress free negotiation, buyer/seller had reasonable financial expectations on both sides, and the service and respect was impeccable. Be sure to ask for our Sales Associate, Matt Newhouse. His level of knowledge is unparalleled. He was the one who went to bat for us on our counter-offer. Personal note: Wife lost a Diamond earring while on the dealership property. At 9:00 pm, Matt literally came back to open the showroom for us to frantically look for it. Of course, no luck. We came back next day morning at opening and the Manager, Richard, was spending endless time going thru the prior night's security camera recordings of Wife's movements. Who does that in this day & age? Meanwhile Matt came to the rescue---he found the earring in the gutter between the entrance driveway & street where we had stepped into an Uber after consummating the deal & leaving our trade-in. Apparently the earring fell unto the ground upon stepping into the Uber. Matt---talk about above and beyond the call of duty. He certainly earned our business & our loyalty. I got a car from Matt last month, It was the best car buying experience out of all. I live in LA, got really turned off by the sales people's attitude at O'Gara Beverly Hills, Called this location, No games were played, drove down to San Diego picked up the car the next day. Matt had everything prepared for me when I arrived and I was able to be out with the new car in 20 mins.

The place is really clean and customer service is great. Overall my experience here was good. The only negative for me was the small selection of vehicles. Their service department which is at a different location is very helpful.

Amazing experience purchasing my Mclaren from Zach at O'Gara. He took the time to send personalized walk-through videos of the vehicle being that I was out of state. He spent time showing me, through video, some of the specifications of the vehicle. Every part of the purchase was seamless. The best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.
