My wife and I just bought our first home. Whitney Pierce was our agent and he was amazing. Always available to us for any questions or concerns and very knowledgeable. At no point did we feel pressured whatsoever. He’s a great advocate to his clients and I highly recommend.

I had the best experience with Nestor as my transaction agent. Nestor was paired with Patty who was my showing agent. They were both great. Although my home purchase in San Diego wasn't the most seamless, I think that's when a good realty agent team really shows their colors. When things are smooth sailing, you don't really know the skills of a pilot, right? It's through murky weather you see who can help you through difficult situations. In this tough market, it's so important to have a team that's on your side (not just trying to complete the transaction quickly). Patty and Nestor were that team for me. They were patient as I struggled to find my perfect home. They patiently went to unsuccessful showings and cancelled escrows due to poor maintenance. They were empathetic and encouraging as I started getting frustrated with the process. Finally, when I was having delays with funding my offer, they were so instrumental in helping me communicate with the sellers and getting a solution in place. Nestor & Patty were the only realty professionals I would recommend here in San Diego.

We can’t say enough great things about the Beer Home team - especially Nestor Lucero! He is beyond accommodating, knowledgeable, and super nice to work with. My husband and I started out with an agent from another company and we are super glad that we eventually found Beer Home Team. Nestor was quick to response to every concern/request that we had. Ivan was an amazing agent to work with! He was very communicative, and really helped me feel more confident about buying a home. He always answered questions I had throughout the process, and updated me whenever a change was made. I highly recommend you choose Ivan if you are the type of person who wants to be informed about everything, like I do. He was also very quick to respond to texts, and worked on counter offers immediately, sometimes late at night, to get me the best chance possible. The final escrow period was really complicated and stressful, but Ivan was really good about keeping up with the uncommunicative sellers and getting them to agree to things. He seems to also know a lot of people in the industry, so he has a lot of good relationships with seller agents, and is able to get deals made. I also worked with Patty, a showing agent, who was very knowledgeable and a delight to look at homes with. She was always honest about the pros and cons of a house, and always had all the details I needed to know. She went above and beyond in driving me all around San Diego, and helping me figure out what I wanted in a home. Highly recommend the Beer team, and especially these two, when buying a home.

Ivan did an outstanding job with assisting me with the purchase of my first home. I experienced some hiccups during the buying process and he did everything he could to help smooth the process and make it happen. He was very involved in all aspects of closing. He is personable, professional, and very responsive.
