This has been the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. Specifically with their home equity line of credit they offer. Anytime we had an issue arise or a question we would be told something different by every employee and things would take months to handle. Very frustrating to say the least.

I've been banking with them for 5 years and I'm about to close my account specifically because the customer service here is so atrocious. Constant tech issues on their end, its impossible to contact someone except during (edt!) business hours, and when you do manage to get a person they basically only read from a script that politely explains they dont know anything and cant help you.

My family in Illinois banks with PNC. I needed to open accounts so I spoke with Gemmarose. She is very helpful, professional, kind and understanding. I give Gemmarose 5 stars but PNC BANK as an institution is not helpful. I was very frustrated with The Illinois branch it wasn’t until I worked with Gemmarose that I had a positive experience and was able to get the information I needed and was helped by someone that knew the operations of PNC. PNC needs more people like Gemmarose. If I need to take care of banking issues I will only work with her. Thank you Gemmarose for making a difficult situation easy and a pleasure!

Great customer service!! Mr. Zachary Peterson is a wonderful part of this team, I went to Miramesa first and had a bad experience, so I decided to come to this location and had a very kind, efficient and extremely proactive service from Mr. Peterson. ??

They will close your account for no reason aka racism, ageism, color, disability, sexism, religious background, being a victim of violence, family makeup, move frequently. They are ridiculous! Pam is nasty. Her ugly wrinkled up face tells it all. She thinks she's a hero because she gave one domestic victim $50.00. She acts as if she know social justice and what people need. She's a moron. Don't bank here. She spends a hour on social calls while you wait to be helped. I timed her. Who needs a back account that gets closed willy billy and the pins don't work. They send you multiple pins and you never know what to use. Pam is full of herself, she's a racist, white privileged Karen! Also, the bank is in the red by 14B dollars. Whose ever heard of a bank in the red. Don't put your money in BBVA! You may never see it again. This is definitely not a bank with staying Power. Go to Chase B of A. Ryan over in Mira Mesa is another nasty one! Don't bank with him either. BBVA is closing banks, not expanding. Somebody call me when Ryan and Pam get fired. So I can see them off on reckoning day!

So much for customer information protection. The branch manager leaves computer screen open and unblocked with potentially client information visible to anyone waiting in the teller line. Shame

Banks are banks. Deposit Withdraw Little to no interaction with tellers. They are welcoming though. I appreciate it when they don't try to up sell me any of their products. This location is clean and convenient.

I love this location, the staff is so helpful, it's never too busy and when you need to make a cash deposit it is soooo easy and convenient!!!

The review should be -4 (negative 4) William Burties - loan officer. He has very bad customer service. BBVA and this loan officer were helping a buyer of a house where I represented the seller. After 44 days in escrow, we find out they won't do the mortgage loan. We had to call his Manager R. Nass Blake to find out the information as the loan officer wouldn't respond to our emails, calls. The agent representing the buyer, myself, and the buyers got no specific reasons of why this happened. Save yourself a bad experience and find yourself another bank that can represent you well on the mortgage side. I had a personal bad experience on my personal needs with them as well.

I try not leaving too many bank reviews. However, the team at this location have been the best. I thought it would be fair to leave them a review. The new manager and team are very respectful. They always address me with respect and grant me great service. I get calls from them wishing me happy holidays, follow ups regarding my relationship. The service is above expectation. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

NBA should discontinue dealing with a primitive and substandard bank like BBVA. Their customer service is poor, most calls get forwarded to Columbia and the service reps are rude!
