The new bank tellers are extremely slow and always have a line out the door for simple transactions. Do better and train the new pnc tellers, BBVA was way faster and more knowledgeable.

Horrible, if I could give a zero I would, I spoke with the manager at call center after leaving the office, this Anthony Soto Employee Number 315785, the Bank of Bilbao should be embarrass of what they have become, the 6th largest financial institute in the World but they are going to miss behave and treat some customers better than others, I still have not received why or what there procedure is for checking accounts, would not recommend to do banking with them, they have become a criminal organization disguise as a Bank.......

Amazing local branch and by and far the best checking for small business owners. A free business checking is very hard to find. Marco and the girls are always attentive to any needs. Customer since 2013 - not going anywhere.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Ernesto the branch manager has an amazing staff. Doing business international it helps to have a bank I can trust. Karla is the one person I deal with when it comes to my banking stuff. If you are looking for bank is Latin America and do business in the States. Then you owe yourself a visit to this branch. I never had an issues banking with BBVA or the customer service. No matter what size your bank account is. You will be always be treated with respect and helped. The big plus about visiting this BBVA branch you have a very large private lot. If you are a person who needs a bank that looks at you like a person not a number. Then you owe yourself a visit to see the great staff.

I am retired living on SSA and my current bank charges so many fees that they average 5% of my net monthly income! I am not going to identify them because the staff there is so friendly, but their bank policies have become too much. I've been looking for a new bank for a while, and was determined to find one that was convenient to my apartment, one small enough that I don't feel as if I'm just a number, but one that offered many of the features I need to conduct my banking. I went into this branch late in the day last Friday -- and not expecting to get anything accomplished because of my bad timing -- wanting primarily to clarify the different types of accounts BBVA offered that were on their website. When I entered the bank, I was immediately welcomed to the bank and asked by one of the women working at the teller windows how she could help me. When I told her I was interested in opening an account, she asked me to have a seat at one of the office desks in the front of the branch office and she would assist me there. I was absolutely stunned by the customer service and interpersonal skills Karla brought to the table to discuss my opening an account...she asked me questions about my life (work, residence, personal financial practices, etc) in order to direct me to the most appropriate account options available with BBVA, and her questions weren't just from rote memorization based on some directive from her bank. It was like meeting an old friend who genuinely wanted to know what I had been doing since we last met...I explained why I was leaving my current bank, and she addressed very honestly what fees BBVA charges and BBVA's various account options I could select to automatically avoid them. I'm retired (you do the math about my age) but this was banking the way I remember it when I was young. Opening an account with Karla gave me a sense of déjí vu...it was reminiscent of the time I opened my first bank account in my hometown 48 years ago and the man who helped me was a neighbor who knew my family and had a sense of what account options might best suit me, and he took the time to explain them to ensure I started out on the right foot...I thought this personal standard of banking was long gone! This is banking the way it was meant to be! Karla very patiently walked me through the entire process of opening an account step by step in 15 minutes, complete with instructions to set up online access at home and advising me when I should expect debit cards, and how to have my SSA monthly checks routed to BBVA for automatic deposit, and so on. Amazing...I just wish Yelp had something higher than five stars to give BBVA (and Karla!)...the good old days of banking are alive and well at BBVA!
