I went in for a cash advance today to withdraw $1350 the representative didnt seem to know what she was doing and I requested new bills she still gave me older bills she was a very slow and not a very intelligent woman. Even if somebody doesn't bank at a branch people have the right to exchange older bills for new ones but if I'm withdrawing money from the branch and I'm requesting new bills I'm supposed to be able to get NEW bills but this dumb woman obviously doesn't know what she's doing

Horrible!!! I tried to withdraw 1000 dollars and it only gave rme 700 now I'm missing 300 dollars which was from ebt cash! This ridiculous. I'm homeless I live in a motel and you all couldn't give be the gift amount?!? Wow never againat this arm machines ever

Worst Bank of America in America. Other already being a bad bank. This place sucks your energy dry with the wait times. One teller with a line of 20 people plus. Being next to the worlds busiest border it's sad that I even deposit money into this bank. One teller but3 employees greeting you. For a moment though I was at Walmart

Waiting on line more than 40 min to deposit one check!!!! This is horrible customer service! This bank and the people who work here is just incompetent! One cashier for 15 customers! Unbelievable!!

I saw Hector, a real human being helping an elderly man with a very complicated situation, seemed as this person had lost every ID form. Hector went above and beyond to help up to his limitations. I commend him for his demeanor and spirit to assist. Will continue to have our buisness account with B.O.A.

There’s always only 1 or 2 tellers, 3 or 4 walking around. Lines that extend around the building at times. They tell you to use the atm if possible instead of going to a window to help. Hate coming to this branch, but the others aren’t that different. Going to a different financial institution for sure.

4 tellers, 1 open. Nice people, but the lines get as long as 50 minutes. There is only 2 bankers to help you, they are books all day. Can’t even help you with resetting your PIN.Edit: just got out of here, what an passive aggressive attitude
