The insouciance and irresponsibility of this branch is incredible… I reserved funds to withdraw 3 days in advance and was told it would be ready and I would be getting a call on that day. Not only were my funds not ready and not a single person reached out to me- but my calls went unanswered. I called every single hour of the day- in which every call went to voicemail. This branch does not answer any phone calls, not a single one. It’s amazing how a bank branch can just completely ignore phone calls and it’s most basic duties. This experience with this branch has convinced me it’s time to close my account with Bank of America.

I would give this branch 0 star if there was an option for it. First of, when we walked in, there was already 2 people in line with 1 person helping and 3 of the staff on the side just talking. We waitec for several minutes until finally another person came to help. Then, when it was my turn, the teller jist brushed me off and didn't even accomodate me when I said I'll try my pin number! Talk about customer service!

Note: I no longer bank with BoA because of the extreme difficulty to reach a live person at ANY branch location.This is in addition to their horrific website and automated phone system as well.When I have visited this branch location the tellers and officers ranged from being bots (no hello, no thank you, etc) to being just okay.Lines can be painfully and unnecessarily long and dreadfully slow.The parking lot is very small, but they do have an open drive through ATM.

We've been on 2 phones on hold for over 90 minutes each, trying to contact Merrill Edge to unlock account. Cannot get through to this branch, cannot make online appointment for several days. Branch closest to us closed. Next closest only open 30 hours a week (9-4 M-F). Bank of America is incredibly sketchy and corrupt. Have 7 accounts with them that we will be transferring to Navy Federal on Monday. None of the Merrill reps are answering at this location- BoA rep said contact them directly since Merrill not answering in over 90 minutes.

I came to this bank because they put a restriction on my ATM for charge I didn't make I'm hearing impaired and can't talk to people on the phone I explained that to the teller but they said they didn't have any appointments available till Monday not willing to help very poor service it's so frustrating

The employees are so rude there for no reason. Always rolling their eyes and giving attitude. Don’t come to this bank. Bad employees and long lines.

During these Covid months it has been difficult to go in person to my local Bank of America so I drove to Rancho Bernardo and was greeted by Phillip Sacharow. He immediately helped me to retrieve the papers I needed and sincerely apologized for the delays as a result of some temporary closures due to staff being impacted by Covid. Philip was welcoming, pleasant and provided very professional service. He reminded me that all the staff at Bank of America are making the safety and well-being of their customers a priority and he reassured me I was a valued customer.

They don't want to provide service at all. One time I walked in for a notary and was told I need an appointment. They won't help with booking the appointment and ask me to do it on mobile app myself. I ended up with going to another bank to get my notary done just walked in. Another time I walked in for a wire transfer, and was told I need an appointment again because of COVID. It was insane, never heard of it that customer need an appointment to use with their money . When people need wire transfer, they need it now.I want to be assisted at the branch office, not on your social media netowork.

Made an appointment though mobile App for a notary. It was so hard to find a time spot. But it was cancelled by the bank just the day before, without any explanation. I even call the number they gave me, but it went directly to voice mail.

This location is always closed for some reason, as well as other bank of America’s around the area.. they use to stay open a little later..thinking about closing my account and switching, it’s become a hassle..

Already having a bad experience with this specific Bank of America branch. Not the entire bank but this branch specifically. I scheduled an appointment for my LLC business and almost 20 minutes passed my scheduled time i am still waiting for someone to see me. It's not my problem if someone is over there time. I schedule an appointment and show up early to check in yet i am still waiting for someone to see me. It's no wonder why Bank of America has such a bad reputation among a good chunk of its customers. If it wasn't such a hassle and headache to move everything to competition. I probably would.
