So glad this location opened back up. Easy quiet parking lot and not a very busy location. Other reviewers probably went at high traffic times. Customer service is excellent

I like this location because there is plenty of parking and it isn't very busy. Esmeralda Diaz was very helpful when I needed some service. It's a very quiet and safe location and the building is very clean and has plenty of comfortable seating if you need to wait.

I hate this bank. This branch. $8 fee for an insurance check from this bank is ridiculous. Money guzzling bank. I hate yall.

The drive thru atm wasn't able to distribute cash when I went.. I had to go walk up to the walk up atm to get money.

Had a great customer service experience. All the bad reviews here may be because the branch seems to be understaffed or on employee shortage. But once they do business with you they provide excellent service.

Terrible service the lady's here don't know how to speed up the precoces for transactions they are super slow, I've had to leave this location because of how slow this lady's are. The manager or person how is in charged needs to be more attend with the employees at this location. Specially during business hrs. Bad bad bad. Slow slow slow.

I’m waiting for the day Bank of America gets their own documentary for their criminal practices and preying on their customers (how else do you become the top grossing bank without ripping off your customers?) but after I setup my savings account i noticed a consistent maintenance fee that was not disclosed to me at the time of opening. Just creates an easy way to me to pay BofA for owning an account by siphoning out $8/month without consent. Closed my account because the $8/month goes to what? How is that an advantage for me? What work does BofA do that warrants a maintenance fee? Worthless bank and shady employees. Based on the quality of reviews it seems I’m not alone.

Have been BOFA customer for a long time and have visited several branches, but this location at Sorrento Valley is the worst ! Manager who was teller at this time was rude, did not understand how to talk to customer or explain process and rules in courteous way and implied they are doing us a favor to have an account with them. Worst customer service experience ever, avoid this branch at all cost.

No one works here! LIKE NO ONE!! Second time walking in here, first time I got dismissed. They told me to solve my problem thought my app. Unfortunately that's not all I needed when I came in again. One guy in the back sitting talking on the phone. And no other banker available. The teller yells across the floor saying she can help. Having 4 people in line before me. Where are the staff that work here?? So NOT HAPPY
