In a bold sentence of their webpage, the bank proudly declares, "It’s great to have an impact to help people." Sadly, my recent experience with this establishment left me questioning the authenticity of that statement. From the front clerk to the manager, there was a glaring lack of care and willingness to assist.My friend found himself in a difficult situation, stranded in a foreign country and in dire need of some assistance. To my utter dismay, the bank's staff showed zero willingness to help. In fact, it was quite the opposite; they seemed completely indifferent to my predicament. The icing on the cake was when I approached the manager, hoping for a glimmer of hope, he refused to just listen.It's disheartening to think about all the people who rely on this bank for their financial needs. If my experience is any indication, they may find themselves in a vulnerable situation with no support in sight. A financial institution that proudly claims to help people but fails to deliver on that promise is a letdown of epic proportions.In the end, I can't help but feel sorry for anyone who ends up using this bank's services. When you're in need, the last thing you want is to be met with apathy and disregard. This establishment clearly has a long way to go in living up to the lofty words on their brochure.

Rick opened a checking account for me very quickly, even if I arrived shortly before the closing time. He took the time to explain me all the details and advantages of the student account, and he really helped me. I definitely recommend this bank

Manager is an absolute piece of work, I’m here cashing a check, and they are being super wierd and giving me the silent treatment, acting like a verification takes longer than 10 minutes l. Absolute horrible experience from the manager, just because I don’t bank here they won’t give me any explanation of anything, like Wth, sitting in the lobby about to cuss them out

Very bad experience with this office. They have no knowledge about what they are doing. We try to add a joint account, it does not happen in two weeks. But they told me in three days. I called them, they just ask me wait another three days, another three days. Never end.Find someone who has knowledge and experience to work here.

Absolutely terrible experience! Stopped at this location to cash a cashier's check and both the teller and receptionist were looking at me and my child on such a judgmental basis. Mind we had just had a wonderful day at the near birch aquarium, and didn't look presentable enough for their liking. Even though the cashier's check was from their branch, and I had all the needed documents it apparently expired after 90 days. I definitely will not be giving this location my business. Please have a talk with your employees using this type of profiling is absurd.

Worst bank ever!!! They never have more then one teller working and horrible customer service. Employees that just stand at the door instead of putting them behind a counter to actually work

I've visited this branch a few times in the past month and all staff members have been courteous and accomodating with very short wait times for service. Frannie especially has been so kind, friendly, and helpful. She helped me set up my first bank accounts and credit card in the United States. Definitely recommend.

Although the wait for no appointment lasted an hour, the staff was friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Yuliya, the center manager, has been a great help. She’s kind and friendly; I would definitely recommend seeing her.

Ordered currency and delivery was delayed (which is understandable given current shipping climate).However, this location does not answer by phone so expect to go in-person to resolve. One star as I called multiple times during the weekday (and on Saturday). Avoid BOA is my lesson.
