If you're looking for a bank who doesn't care about their customers you've came to the right place! They are rude and do not care about individual account holders. I'm in the process of switching banks, and can't wait until I am no longer a customer!

Bank of America doesn't care about their customers, and they do everything they can to prove that! They nickel and dime you if your account drops below $1,500 for 1 day! They close whenever they want to. I went there on Wednesday at 1pm and they were closed! Why bank with this scam of a company, there are much better banks out there!

I catch myself "needing to go to the bank" more often because quite frankly the employees here really calm me down. Everyones so relaxed and nice. Like I wish it was normalized to just hang out here. No pic today sadly (that feels illegal to take photos at the bank)

I am only giving it one star because I have to. It is The Worst bank location ever. I have been here three days this week asking for the manager, Luis Bardales. I was told every day he wasn't there. On Monday 4/10/23 I was told by Zachery S. and by Sam R. on Tuesday and Wednesday he wasn't there. I finally complained after sitting for two hours on my third day, 4/12/23, he all of the sudden was at the bank in the back office. I was trying to get a wire sent before the cutoff time. I asked Sam to send it at 2:06 pm and he had me wait 20 minutes ensuring I missed the cutoff time. When I complained without raising my voice he refused to help me. The wire was sent at 3:15 pm Sam loves telling you everything is impossibleWhy does Bank of America have people like this on their team!?They don't have a notary either and haven't for months and months.

The absolute worst bank imaginable. Do yourself a favor and bank literally anywhere else. I'd rather try to do my banking with a blood bank or a sperm bank at this point.

Like the other reviews stated customer service is beyond horrible. The branch manager Luis is exceptionally the most rude awful banker I have ever met in my entire life. I have been a victim of identity theft. Long story short I went to speak to someone to get clarification. First not one person apologized for what happened or for my inconvenience. Not one! It immediately got off to the wrong start as the banker tried be on the defense when I tried explaining what happened . It's not what you say but how you say it. He told me repeatedly" I'm not a detective" and "I only deal with facts". No one said you were! All I was looking for was a possible explanation of how this could have happened. Is that what you say to someone who is trying to figure out why they have transaction that was made with a Bank of America business debit card when they don't bank with BOA?! He could of cared less. Nobody was sincere or talked nicely or suggested steps of action. All the the manager did was escalate the situation and myself with his " I couldn't care less attitude". The only ounce of oh I'm sorry was at the end when I became teary eyed and told them I had cancer and was just trying to figure this out. Luis do not lie! You do not care about your community that I am a part of! Next time maybe start off by apologizing to the customer they have to go through this and deescalating instead of stating repeatedly " I'm not a detective. I don't know". All that did was make me more upset! And actually you work in customer service and your JOB is to help solve problems not create them. Again I have never been treated so poorly in my life or looked at with disgust the way he liked at me. Literally no empathy and didn't even ask my name or how he could help . He was just immediately on the defensive and looked at me like I was stupid. Do not go here! Like the other reviews state AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Slow, 1 teller (friendly but making it clear that it's supposed to be his day off), 15 people in line.... 35 min wait to deposit a check. Manager just doing some computer work at a teller window just to make it more frustrating. Most other locations are closed or rarely open. Something happened and now there's no teller for 5 min. Unacceptable and my $ is stuck there.

This branch is a joke. Been here 3 times and has each time has been worse than the previous time. Made an appointment this time around and sat for an hour before leaving without being seen.

Every time I go in I am told there is no one to talk to and flippantly told all my needs can be addressed on the app. The customer service is terrible at this branch.

Just always a challenge to speak to a banker. People standing around talking to each other rather than helping waiting clients in the lobby. Will be Al in one banker's office talking and laughing and carrying on. Even tellers talk and not service customers. But worst is the bankers 2-4 will the taking and laughing rather than helping customers waiting in the lounge. Just frustrating!! Navy Federal credit union is a joy to work with and lots of people working I have been a BoA client for over 20 years. It really is time for me to leave their bank. Truly only thing keeping me after abysmal customer service for years is the free museums on us program.Never feel welcome and they want to talk open in the lobby as to why you need to speak to a banker. NO privacy.
