Stopped in for a cashier’s check and they were unable to provide one (whole system was down for withdrawals and everything). If there’s one thing I need in a bank, it’s to be able to reliably get my money out. I’ll be closing my account of 16 years.

Waited over an hour and a half to send a transfer. The workers that were working with someone finished, then decide to go on break while im still waiting. Not cool.
