I went into the bank today to change name on my account & add my husband to it. After standing in a waiting area for a short time we were approached by Brian Dimas who advised once one of the other staff were available we would be helped. A lady came by asked questions & left. She was one of the staff we were waiting on. We waited a little bit longer, Brian came back to us & was super friendly. Right off the bat he was, but first impression is respectful, compassionate, friendly, 100% positive! He made sure we were taken care of, had everything done & he was extremely sufficient & knowledgeable with his job. If you use BOA, this branch & Brian has been the best experience for me, I’ve been with BOA over 25 years. I’ve also never been inclined to write a review but his personality & compassion made me feel it was necessary!

Had the pleasure of meeting Fernando V., a Financial Solutions Advisor. Fernando was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable!Thank you Fernando for all your help!The bank is always very clean and nice looking since being remodeled.Everybody at this branch has always been very helpful and I want to thank them for what they do!

We came to this branch in November 2023 to receive debit cards. The staff were very helpful and answered all the questions. I would especially like to mention the help of 2 employees of the bank - Samantha and Artyom. It was very nice to receive comprehensive information about the services we are interested in, as well as to get help connecting Google Pay. Since then, we have always come to this branch of the bank. Despite my average English proficiency, the bank staff were very patient and kind. Thank you for your work and professionalism.

These people inside this bank are the rudest I've come across. I have a 50$ bill that has a tiny rip but big enough for stores to not accept it. So I came here to exchange it. I walked in the girl was already speaking with a rude tone in her voice. I walked up and explained my situation and she just looked at me and said " go to ur bank" I said excuse me , " go to ur bank u obviously don't have an account here so go to ur own bank . I kinda lost it cus of the tone she said that in got me really passed off and I went off on her. She just laughed at me and the Manger was all for the way she spoke to me. These people know nothing about customer service I've been in the buisness for over 20 years and would never and have never spoke to anyone like this lady did to me. The worst bank of America. There all pretty bad but this one takes the cake.

After a rough week of having my card ,phone stolen and my car breaking down I was devastated. I walked in to this branch and a friendly greeting from Jose set the tone. Jerry Tafolla went above and beyond to help me get my life back together. The lengths this associate went for me restored my faith in humanity. It was more than customer service. Thank you again.

Horrible experience with this bank. I came here to deposit an insurance check made payable to me and the lien holder (US BANK). Teller said I needed the check to be endorsed before being able to deposit. I went to my local US BANK and they went ahead and signed it. I then went back to this location to get the check deposited. The teller said the manager would not approve the check without a stamp. I explained to them how US Bank doesn’t need to stamp/ nor do they stamp. Only a signature is needed. The refused to accept my check and to contact US Bank. They said Bank of America has strict policies and couldn’t accept it.I then called Bank of America in Point Loma and they said they would be able to deposit my check. I went there same day and the manager stated “Banks no longer need a stamp endorsement so I can approve your check without a stamp”.It’s not that Bank of America has strict policies, it’s the lack of education. I advise staff to stay up to date on policies.Save your time and go elsewhere!

Firstly, it's nice to find locations that are still open on Saturdays, like this one. I made an appointment over a week in advance. As is the base everywhere these days, this place was understaffed, which was exacerbated this particular day by a banker calling in sick. That said, the assistant manager, Jose, who was left to juggle our appointment and other demands on his time, was SUPER helpful, friendly, and attentive. He apologized for the short wait and for being called away once or twice for no more than a minute, but we never felt as though he was distracted from the matter at hand, and he explained the process we required thoroughly and plainly. He completed our request satisfactorily and was a pleasure to work with.
