My husband and I went to well Fargo down the street they had 20+ tellers we were in and out. We've been waiting on line for a hour just to make a deposit and they have only two tellers and a line around the block some people have things they need to take care of and lack of staff is a real issue here.

WORST bank in SD county. I stood in line for hours and when I finally was attended by assistant manager Annette she simply did not know what she was supposed to when changing a check and illogically refused to help me when the check was literally from this bank itself. She has zero experience and lack of work ethic. The service is very rude and overall assistant manager Annette does not meet the qualities and expectations of an assistant manager.

Slowest bank ever, 20 plus people in line waiting, only two tellers, while some lady standing behind both monitoring them, and some one else asking he could help if we had a deposit to do, no one needed to deposit, very inefficient. Negative 5 stars.

This is the SLOWEST bank in the world. I hate coming here! 10 windows 1 teller, no one in the business window. I avoid coming at all costs. If I could rate 0 stars that's what it would be. Please speed up the process and work on customer service skills!!

I've been coming for the past 6 months to this branch. It is Excruciatingly painful waiting behind 14 people in line with only two tellers working, when ask one of the bank employees, all he can say was "it's all the help we have, Sorry", Same answer I've got 4 months ago when ask the same question. A 32 minutes wait seems they don't care about one's time.

I went in to ask if I could use the restroom as the store I was in didn't have one for public use. The "host" told me I had to have an account with the bank. I told him I actually did have an account. He then said oh well we don't have a public restroom. Why tell me it's for account holders and then tell me they don't have public restrooms. The incompetence kills me. This is one of the numerous reasons I'm closing my account with Bank of America. They charge you for every transaction you make too. Had they had a public restroom he probably would have charged for toilet paper, soap, and the water to wash my hands.

They never go the extra mile to assist the client. I have been a customer for years and I don't feel valued. They made a mistake on an application for a car that I was buying and this was a deal breaker for me.

Left upset with this branch! One hour and twenty minutes waiting for a wire transfer! No jokes this office is not for business services. Waste time and $! And didn't get my service out walked out to look for another branch! Really bad service!
