I was attempting to send some funds to the Texas branch of BoA. The person I was ending it insisted that I will present either cashiers check, PO money order, or cash at the bank and funds are going to be transferred to his account immediately. Poor customer service, the office smells horrible and bugs flying around at the entrance.

Avoid the employee Leonor. You'll get very poor service and she'll lie to you. Can't trust her. Very bad representation of Bank of America. It's unfair to the bank manager, Paul, who is a problem solver and excellent at customer service. One bad apple, Leonor, ruins this branch's reputation.
