I never had a bad experience with Banfield. My 5 cats and 2 dogs been a Banfield member for over 10 years.

Imagine a subscription service but for veterinarian services. It makes no sense - you must be subscribed to a package and include add ons to be seen by this pet hospital. It was the weirdest phone call I've ever made, not helpful at all.

The staff was friendly and the doctor did a thorough exam on the two cats that we brought in.
