I will never go anywhere else in SD for my car! Armando is the absolute best. he has great prices, and does whatever he can to accommodate your needs and do the best work possible. I can't speak highly enough of him and Balboa Auto Body!

My insurance recommended this place. I was originally told 10 days but it ended up taking 2 months for me to get my car back. Upon return I noticed my gas was empty (I had filled it up the day before I got crashed into) and 175 miles was added to my car. I was told it was taken to El Cajon twice which doesn’t add up. I also found a bunch of mail in the trunk addressed to a guy who apparently doesn’t even work there and a dirty Tupperware in my trunk. The lines on one of the window panels wasn’t lined up with the one in front of it on the drivers door. I probably wouldn’t come back. The communication wasn’t very good either about what was happening with my car

Excellent customer service! Had my car repaired here through insurance. Got my repair done in a timely manner and they even replaced my battery free of charge. Kelly was super helpful and I'll bring my car here for any issues.

I just had work done by these folks - done on budget, ahead of estimated time, and top notch quality. Armando and all his staff were great. I know where I'll go again if I need more work done in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Balboa Auto Boday - and my car's bumper was restored perfectly in a few days time. Will definitely go back if I ever need any further work! Highly recommend them - and Kelly especially!

Balboa Auto Body was increíble to work with from start to finish. I received a phone call immediately and the gentleman was so concerned and helpful. I then repeatedly was updated and taken to see my car with a full explanation of what to expect next. I was lucky enough to have the tow truck driver take my car there and I would go back for repairs on my own accord. The owner was especially helpful and personable and I appreciate his sincere kindness. The whole place is awesome and my car looked amazing! I was so happy to have it back! Unbelievable customer service from Kelly from the beginning. Kelly knows the ins and outs when it comes to your insurance and is reliable and very helpful and nice. Victor was amazing with the estimate process , the work was done before the estimated date. This saved me a weeks worth of rental car fees. The cost for repairs was spot on and no price hikes. The work was absolutely beautiful and you would never know anything was ever wrong with my expensive luxury vehicle! Truly a class act and I will only use Balboa Auto Body if I ever need a shop again. You won't be disappointed with this group!!! Thank you for making this process so easy.
