Came here because I saw a friend wearing these cute jeans and wanted to pick up a pair for myself. Plenty of people working and almost no one in the store shopping yet no greeting, no acknowledgment, like they were going out of their way to not notice or help you. Was trying to track down a size so finally went to the counter and asked the girl and she said, it's in the pile I remember seeing it this morning. .....k, except it wasn't. She was like, if it's not I'll look it up and I said I looked and it wasn't there. Sooo then she just started ringing people up even though there were multiple in register and only a couple people in line and never got back to me. Another worker guy who was training someone it seemed like was finally like, have you been helped and as it was ten minutes later, I was like umm not really sure. He was super rude like I'm some kind of idiot and I explained I asked someone but she disappeared. Then all of a sudden she shows up being like, I said I'd help her. Like okay, that was over fifteen minutes ago and I have a rowdy toddler with me. Finally brings me the jeans and I get to the fitting room and she brought the wrong size. Four sizes too small. A 26 instead of 29. And then went on her break and disappeared. Came back out and tracked down the guy and they didn't have the size anyway. Also there is only one fitting room that even vaguely fits a stroller, which is ridiculous. The customer service was the worst I've experienced in a very long time.
