The man who helped me was fast and friendly but the employee was unprofessional, blocking the entry of several clients after the check-in time. I come to buy parts, not to wait minutes for the employee's babysitter to come.

You're English is as bad as Napa.I can't understand you, I I need parts to fix my truck!!!!!; but you're too stupid to help!........You sent me a message saying to contact customer service-but they are the idiots that hired the folk that can't even answer the phone in English!!I will never shop AutoZone for the rest of my entire life, no matter what.

Bad service, they didn't want to help me with the warranty on my battery, why because it wasn't in my name, I can't explain why I took the battery regardless of what name it was in, bad service because I barely had the battery for a year, they screwed me up .

This Auto Zone is not a very good storePoor customer service.multiple employees but only one working the counter.no cashier untill the one worker got done helping a customer find a part.
