Took oil to AutoZone and they told me smelled like gas so they wouldn't take it. I think they better get re-trained on what a petroleum product smells like.

We went in for a few things to repair our vehicle and Noemi was very helpful and went above and beyond. She helped with parts that were in another location and had it delivered to this location.

I came on saturday evening/night at around 7 pm due to unfortunately having my day set back due to needing a jumpstart on my car twice this day. even thought they closed at 8, I called with some questions and concerns and Alicia/Aleshia answered the phone. She was so knowledgeable on my issue and had amazing customer service, and I felt extremely taken care of and that she wanted to help me. as a woman myself, it also felt nice having a woman there and seeing representation at a local car shop in tierrasanta and actually being able to retain valuable information about my car from someone instead of them mansplaining it to me. she replaced my battery with quickness and provided me knowledge on all my options and also helped me be a little more cost efficient with my options. her swift/kind service is something of high standards, someone who caters themself to the customer experience and i highly would recommended her to anyone!

This location is conveniently located off the 15 freeway in Tierrasanta. The service is prompt and efficient. I walked in today to purchase brake lights and to my surprise and delight, Nadia (employee) installed them for me right in the parking lot. I was very impressed with her customer service. Nadia went above and beyond. Because of her, I will be a repeat customer.

Generally great customer service here when I need to come and get stuff for the cars. The last visit, Alyssa and Nadia, showed exemplary customer service. They both explained very well issues with car batteries, why it's good to have a battery install kit to avoid corrosion and overall battery maintenance. Alyssa also took the time in showing how to remove and replace the battery as well.

I went to Autozone Tierrasanta with the intention of purchasing a wrench and a socket to use to install a new battery I had already purchased for my Jeep Wrangler. When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly employee named Alyssa, who took me to the right place to see my tool options. However, when I explained to Alyssa that I only needed the wrench to install the new battery, she promptly volunteered to help me install it on the spot in the parking lot, without me needing to purchase the tool! I took her up on it, and about ten minutes later the job was done with absolutely no effort on my part. Alyssa did a fantastic job and did it with a high degree of professionalism, carrying on a friendly conversation with me while she was working. I could not have asked for a nicer Autozone experience, and will be sure to refer my friends to this store for all their automotive needs! Thank you again, Alyssa!!
