This autozone has the laziest bunch. They always have an excuse not to accept my used oil. They told me there’s no funnel on my container. When was that a requirement? Next was the oil container is too high. They should have just told me that they’re too lazy to accept it.

Jodi was helpful as always. I have been helped by her a few times already and she has been pleasant to chat with. Always recommends something and comments on my current project. Two times with first hand knowledge of the specific Acura/Honda I am talking about as she has similar models.

Came to this autozone. (5/19/2023) I asked the front clerk, while drinking his sodas ?. Do you have this small front dashboard clips? He assisted me to where the items were, and told me you need to look it up in this pile, and see if you fine the match. Are you kidding me! ?He walked away continuously drinking his some kind of soda ?. He wasn't a help at all so I lefted. ?No more will I come here to buy anything from this autozone! ?Rude manner towards the customer!

I want to recognize Tim, Manager at the AutoZone in Paradise Hills. He is so kind and courteous when helping me and the other customers. He is very knowledgeable and I want Tim to know that I always appreciate him for always going above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Mark, Dominic, and especially Tim, the manager, for the wonderful customer service today, at the Paradise Valley location. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the extra time Tim took running some diagnostic tests on my vehicle having starting issues. The tests showed my alternator was still good, this saving me time and money. He even installed my new battery. Tim was very knowledgeable about vehicles and gave me some great information.
