Needed my battery replaced, and of course I don't know shit about cars, but got all the help I needed. Didn't catch his name, but young man helped me and then some. There was an issue with my car itself and he went out of the way to make sure my kids and I got home safely. He suggested a fix, and when that didn't work, he suggested another. Didn't touch the car without letting me know what it was that he was going to do exactly. He was friendly and respectful. Appreciated him and his help so much today. Gracias .

Mike was instrumental in ensuring customers are satisfied. He went out of his way to help me swap out my windshield wipers even to his inconvenience. When the wipers didn’t match my car, he ensured that I got information on the store location that had it in stock.A+ FOR MIKE! Excellent customer service!

I went to this location asking for test my battery Mon. Oct. 23 15:05 hrs. They said they can't test it because the truck is a 2022 and they don't test "new ones" if I wanted to test it I got to take it off from the car and bring it to their counter for test. It really seems this guy just didn't want to do his job. Anyway there's always an O'Reilly's with so much better service

Called around 6pm to see what time they close, they said they close at 9pm. but when I arrived at 8:20 they had the doors locked. Worst auto zone in SD!

Great location with excellent management! Unfortunate many customers feel entitled to free labor from people working there but great staff regardless! Props to whoever runs the store there!

Not happy with this AutoZone location. They were willing to sell me a battery for my Mercedes but after I had AAA jump it twice to get back to this location they switched up and are unwilling to change my battery for me. I asked for a jump start so I can at least drive it back to my house and they don't know how to jump start it either. They said to wait so they could charge it so I'm waiting here for an hour and the second guy comes out to try to jump start it again and he connected it to the wrong terminals T.T I asked if he could use his car to jump start my car and he said he didn't have jumper cables. AUTOZONE DOESN'T HAVE JUMPER CABLES?! I'm actually speechless. I am stuck here with no resolution from anyone and even management here. What is going on?! I don't recommend AutoZone to anyone. I should've gone to Costco.

Giovanni was so much help to me when I came in with a problem. He took the time to time with me so we could problem solve the issue together. He was knowledgeable in addition to being helpful. What a great business!!

I wanted to give a shout out to the team at the Auto Zone here for being so helpful! I also wanted to say their district manager Victor was so kind and understanding when helping me with an issue I had at another store. It feels validating to be heard by a staff that cares, I will continue to be an auto zone customer because of this experience !

Stopped by to buy a headlamp asked if they would help me install it right away they turned me away and said it was company policy and couldn't help me so I went down the street to thier competitors O'Reilly s and they made the sale and helped me out...
