I went in to pick up some light bulbs I ordered online because one of them burned out. I asked the guy who checked me out if they could help me out put them in since I didn't have the tools to do it . The guy behind the register said he couldn't do it since no one was there to do it . There was another guy next to him (Adrian) . He said he could give it a try . So we went out and Adrian was trying really hard to get it done and he did . I'm so thankful to Adrian for at least trying to help me unlike his coworker . Adrian went above and beyond for a customer . I work in customer service and I recognize a good employee when I see it . Thank you Adrian .

Excellent customer service! Giovanni and Raul were super friendly and helped me pick the right oil for my car! Car problems are always stressful and it is comforting to walk into a place with positive people behind counter! Thank you!

Don’t go to this autozone. The people who work here are so rude it’s uncomfortable. Asked for help putting on windshield wipes and was told “I don’t know about that”. What does that even mean? Then tried to sell me them still even tho I said I have no idea how to put them on. Went to the autozone in north park and they helped me out right away, showed me which wipes were the best and put them on in 2 seconds.

Visited for a project and asked for some advice. They gave me a product recommendation, and when I continued to probe to make sure I understood the products, they repeatedly told me that "YouTube and Google are your friends". Despite how unhelpful this was, I've been trying to keep my spending local rather than relying on online retailers, so I purchased what the employee recommended. The next day I did some reading online, and lo and behold, they were right! Strangers on the internet were far more helpful than these employees. I decided the product was not the best option for me and went to return it. I didn't have the receipt (my bad, no doubt) and they refused to accept it, despite the fact that I told them exactly when I was there - only two nights prior - and exactly the time my card was swiped. They insisted they couldn't find the transaction in the system (funnily enough it seems to have still hit my credit card, of course). Meanwhile you can return a half-eaten bag of cookies purchased thirteen years ago at your local Costco, but a never-opened car part to Autozone the next day? Nope. I suppose I'll take their advice and go online next time I need parts.

Super helpful people. They got me exactly what I needed the first time around. My car battery died and I needed a replacement so they looked at my old one and got me exactly what I needed. They were there for me again when I accidentally left the terminal from my car on the old battery I left with them. They helped me get the terminal off so I could take it home. They also threw in a free pad and lubricant to prevent corrosion on my battery. Stoked with this place!

I was able to bring my new tags over and Tony switched them over right away. No wait and so quick. I felt like Tony treated me like family by how welcoming he was when initially I was hoping not to be burdensome. Not at all bothered!

Would give zero stars if I could.the second visit I had at the same location MONTHS apart and neither time was helped. I don’t write reviews often but I will about this location. Staff was unwilling to help me with a battery problem which I purchased at the location before.

Eduardo at this store was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and super helpful - he replaced our battery and did a fantastic job explaining everything. Highly recommend and we will be back here again in the future to get in the zone, Autozone.

This auto zone is incredible, I've been here twice now (once for wipers once for battery) and the customer service is impeccable. As a non expert in cars, this location is always able to answer questions and help out. Today I got a new battery installed by Raul and he was amazing - so friendly and helpful and attentive and my car has never felt better. Definitely coming back for future needs and would suggest everyone does the same

I came in on a Sunday asking for the fix finder which was not working at the time. So I had asked questions about the parts I needed for my engine and Giovanni was super helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond :).
