Shamaya at AT&T was great! Helped immediately, knowledgeable about the products needed and even offered to install the products! (Which she did, 10 times better than I would). She is an asset to the AT&T team!

Huge s/o to Leah at the PB store today for staying way late to help fix what turned out to be a total mess caused by customer service over the phone. Real talk… I love my grandma, but if Leah doesn’t get a huge bonus, I might pull the plug.
