Joy has made several custom arrangements for us including two large olive trees. She is not only friendly and professional but very talented. As for the one star review that someone else posted- with any business, I recommend calling ahead of time if you are driving from far away to see if they're open. Not a fair rating when you take into consideration the time and talent it takes to make these beautiful arrangements.

They need to change Google hours since it shows they open at 10 on Saturdays. Drove there from Encinitas only to find the store closed.

We have been buying artificial flower arrangements from this store for many years and they are the best quality you can get. Most everything looks real. The prices are seemingly high but not for the quality you get. You can pay just as much at a furniture store but the quality will be much less. Also, the customer service here is outstanding. My wife often returns items that ended up not looking good in our home and can even ask that flowers be added or removed to arrangements she already bought and took home. Whatever you ask for, they can do it. They also have the best looking pots and planters. Margaret and Joy are so flexible and can make you anything you want. If you want your arrangement to look great and last for many years, then you should come here. Well worth it in my experience.

We loved this place and Margaret who helped us. We were considering a plant service for offices, but these silk plants were BEAUTIFUL and very high end. I saw some reviews complaining about the price, but they are SO WRONG for this quality. We decorated our 2500 sq ft office, but we would be happy to have any of these in our home. This was 1/2 the price of live plants and a plant watering service. We would highly recommend this business. OUTSTANDING!

Joy, the owner of this place is wonderful with the time she spends helping customers. She will actually listen to what you NEED and give suggestions, adjust something that you like in her showroom, and even give great solutions if you bring her a photo of your room (I did). I came in to see her showroom and found that her plants are VERY REAL looking! I was amazed. The prices are certainly higher than what you would find at Michael's Crafts (etc) but you're getting QUALITY and others have already commented on how real these plants and trees that I purchased look! You also get one-on-one service with someone who is obviously passionate about her arrangements. I really enjoyed shopping here and loved her weekend hours!! I had no problem exchanging something that just didn't fit in my home. Joy allowed me to make a change and she made it perfect to my taste! I'm very happy I found this place. It beats trying to make your own designs!

Price could be on the high side., BUT I got more service & quality then I thought I could ever see in SoCal. I took my tree home, no charge to my CC. Owner JOY helped me with my interior colors & staging via my pics. I love this place and will go back for a few more pieces that will be more custom for color & pop. Joy is extremely personable, easy to talk to and never answers the phone when you're there in person. If you like service and realism, you have to talk to her.

These are the folks from the defunct Natural Touch. They have the same return policy which is that a customer cannot return an item, even with the receipt and within a couple of days of purchase, for a refund. The sales lady got in a yelling match with my son who was returning a defective item with the receipt 3 days after I purchased it. Read the small print on the receipt and beware!
