Arcana Empothecary was recommended by a friend and wow, I’m blown away. Their customer service is superb, and definitely sets the bar high. I originally called a local nutritionist close to where I live in the Los Angeles area, left a voicemail and submitted an inquiry online, and didn’t hear back from them for 2+ days. Then I called Arcana where Shenay helped me immediately for recommendations. She checked with her nutritionist about potential supplements, and thoroughly explained each one’s purpose. After a few calls, Gabriella placed my order and it shipped to me within 1 day. I’m extremely impressed with Arcana Empothecary and would recommend them to everyone!!

I just love this place. My regular Scripps doctor recommended them because I don't respond well to regular pharmaceuticals. James and Allison took the time to help me find natural products that the prescription medications would have been made from, and without the side effects and heavy processing. To add to the problem, I prefer liquid or chewable products because I don't swallow pills very well. All my questions were answered in a way I can understand. All my concerns were addressed to my comfort and satisfaction. All the products I needed were found and in chewable or liquid form. I'm just delighted to have Arcana Empothecary near me. And they will mail my order to me if I can't get to the shop. The best.
