Groovy vibes, my fellow wave riders! Let me share some cosmic wisdom about Krisp beverage and natural food in Ocean Beach, as experienced by none other than Captain 619. Today, me and my beach bunny embarked on a soulful journey, gliding through the waves and finding solace in this sacred spot. And oh, the universe aligned perfectly as we indulged in two mind-blowing sandwiches, meticulously crafted by the one and only Juan, the sandwich maestro extraordinaire. These culinary creations were infused with pure love and respect, man. Each bite was like a transcendental experience, awakening our taste buds to the cosmic symphony of flavors. We were instantly hooked, my friends! This groovy joint has become our sanctuary, a place where we'll keep returning under the moonlit sky, riding the cosmic waves of Krisp for countless moons to come. Peace, love, and sandwich bliss, Captain 619 signing off!

I went to the OB Holiday Parade and made sure the get my beer from Krisp because they said the day before they were still doing the “spend $5 and get a free slice of pizza” deal. The girl at the register during the parade also said they were doing the deal and stamped my receipt. When I brought the receipt to the pizza counter, the guy was flustered and said they weren’t honoring it. Not really happy with them not honoring what two different employees told me.

I came in here on a whim to look for a small carton of Lactaid milk, and they had a ton! It was on the highest shelf, and I had to look in the back for cartons that weren't expiring soon. Great selection of items! Cashier was nice and friendly. Efficient and well-stocked supermarket in a convenient location.

I have never written review before and this is my first time visiting Krisp. Was craving a burger and the sign read Smashburger & Fries for $13. These 5 stars are all given to the cook Hector! I wish I could give it 10 stars! We got a Smashburger & Fries, and a Chicken & Mushroom Stromboli. Best Burger in OB Hands down! And the Stromboli was AMAZING as well! Super soft crust and the pesto was just right. Hector gets down in the kitchen. We tried to find him to let him know how much we enjoyed the meal but he was off. Don't sleep on this place. Side note: We waited probably 15 or more minutes for the food but Hector brought out a stool for me and the other woman waiting there, which was a nice gesture. The cashiers were friendly and we bought a nice bottle of gin while we waited. I didn't explore much of the store but based on the hot kitchen alone, I will be returning. :)

Came in the store on a Wednesday for the farmers market pleasantly surprised how organized and fresh smelling it was. Only problem that I personally had was that no one greeted me when I walked in that's about it not too many complaints for me go there their prices are decent

Deli makes delicious food but the service is terrible. Don't answer the phone, and when you order online it's a gamble on if they even see your order 25+ minutes in.

I've been going to this supermarket numerous times a week for years now since we'll before it was krisp and was still the Appletree Market. It used to be a fabulous local grocer with fresh produce and an amazing butcher section. The butcher was top notch. They would always have fresh steaks, housemade daily marinated meats, freshly ground beef and the butcher would make lovely recommendations. When they first changed to Krisp, things remained mostly to the same level of excellence.... But not for long. They are no longer a fabulous little local grocer with fresh produce and meats catering to locals cooking up delicious meals. They now operate like a grab-n-go mart catering to AirBnb guests & tourists. They completely did away with their butchery and instead now have a sandwich counter that also sells mediocre cheeseburgers and slices of pizza. The produce is also no longer as fresh as it once was. The meat they have now is prepackaged and grey. No more daily housemaid marinated meats or fresh steaks. No more desire to cater to locals, just the tourists & AirBnb crowd. This place really sold out. Very disappointing.

I am a younger lady, 21 years old, and as I was leaving this store yesterday, I was accused of shoplifting in front of several other shoppers by a woman (with very very curly reddish-orange hair) working the at the register. I let her check my bag (while there were 6-8 people watching) and she confirmed I hadn't stolen anything, but still proceeded to tell me to get out. I was humiliated and embarrassed to say the very least. I felt extremely uncomfortable and didn't know what else to do other than offer to let her check my bag to show her I wasn't stealing. I understand being located in Ocean Beach there is probably a lot of theft, but that doesn't mean it's okay to accuse someone of stealing. Its not okay to accuse and intimidate a young person who was on her own, in front of a bunch of people just trying to buy their groceries, of doing something they're not. I'vhere several times before and have never had an experience like this. I'm extremely disappointed I will not be coming here again.

The prices listed for their food items are incorrect and instead of letting people know, they just print you a receipt to take to the register with a 30% increase in price. I asked the cashier about it and instead of fixing the mistake I was told the prices are changed online. That's cool and all but I'm shopping in store and a $7 burger was enough to pique my interest. It's a small thing but annoying and wasn't addressed correctly. Throw some tape over the prices if they're outdated.

Krisp is great mainly because of its location. Most people in OB don't particularly like to leave the town if they don't have to a Krisp fills the grocery store need. It's on the smaller side but has just about everything you need to put off a big grocery trip outside of town. I've gotten many high quality meats at counter in the back and the owner is a nice guy who always has a treat for my dog. It's great to stock up for a beach bbq or grab produce right in the middle of town. It has a sort of Sprouts or Trader Joe's type feel to it.
