“Had an awesome time at the Pacific Ridge annual Holiday Party that the apartments put on for the residents. There was a stellar array of appetizers and desserts, a cocoa station, cocktails, and then they raffled off a load of great gifts! It's wonderful living here...great landscaping, beautiful buildings, lots of amenities, but best of all is the friendly and helpful staff.”

“My family moved in Jefferson at Carmel Mountain Ranch 3 weeks ago and have enjoyed a comfortable and stable life. Every person in this apartment is very kind and cooperative. Especially Shellie Marshall is very passionate and professional. Without her help, our family could not move in here far from Korea. Jefferson at Carmel Mountain Ranch is located very convenient and accessible place to most shop like trader joe's, Ralphs, Marshall, Best Buy, Home depot, Costco, Barnes & Noble's, Movie theater, and so many stores. I play water activity with my children and walk around near the apartment every day. I appreciate Jefferson at Carmel Mountain Ranch and its people for giving my family a small, happy daily life.”
“All the employees at Park 12 have gone above expectations, but I would like to say Brianna really pulls her weight. By far the most resourceful employee who can solve basically everything and has amazing communication skills. I truly admire her work ethic and does a phenomenal job balancing all task. Start to finish, she never missed a beat and is actually very sweet.”

“If you’re looking for a great place to live, you HAVE to meet Claudia at Vive Luxe! She helped us find the perfect apartment and even got us the perfect storage unit close to us.
It really shows that Claudia loves her job. Even with all the craziness – like a pesky, unkillable super fly, moving leasing offices, and some major computer issues – Claudia stayed super happy and got everything done with a big smile.

“I highly recommend living at Ariel if you’re looking for a luxury apartment rental in the little italy area of downtown. The location is spectacular, as are the ocean views and new finishes in the units. The inside of the building and common areas are always very clean as well. Ivan and Isaiah were very helpful and professional with my wife and I throughout the leasing and move in process. Also Roberto in maintenance has been quick to address any concerns that we may have after move in, in order to be certain that our unit is perfect and up to our standards. “We just renewed our second year at Metro. This is by far one of the nicer apartment complexes in San Diego that’s remained at least somewhat affordable in comparison.
There was a management change about a month into our first lease and the new manager, Al has been so great at taking care of the property. Gustavo and Casey are also just wonderful and so willing to help anytime we need something!

The apartment spaces are huge! Big kitchens, big bedrooms and big bathrooms.
Washer and dryers are included in every unit.
There are several lounge/community spaces that we use to host guests often—including a rooftop deck with a fire pit.
Even though it’s close to the freeway the windows are triple-paned and it’s much quieter than I thought it would be.
Is it perfect? No. Is anything? We looked around before signing our second lease and we are very proud to still call Metro our home!”

“I have had a wonderful experience with Canyon Ridge so far! Michelle in the leasing office has been great to work with, she is very friendly, responds quickly and is overall just a kind person. Maintenance is friendly and quick to fix any problem. I was nervous about being in a bottom unit, but this apartment is built very well and there is no issue with loud noises, etc. The quality of the apartment is very nice, you can tell they put in good quality appliances, this is far from your typical "land lord special". Everyone in the community seems friendly and respectful of their neighbors. Strongly recommend this complex.”
