Extremely busy location but they gave me a door at the receiving and checking in less than 1 minute but we're still waiting for hours to get the load done I saw a Asian student driver with his wife they had struggling with the backing at the door and my life sucks because I'm stuck here in California I had to be in Virginia because of our festival is coming as a Muslim the festival called Eid and my co-driver sucks.

It's almost 4 hour to get dock and start loading .but still not done &saying pick 2 pallet from other location also .

My apointment is 12/17 /23 , 3:Pm I arrived 4:12 Pm they say come tomorow 7 Am . I arriveing At 6:48 Am I check in 7 :25 Am they say wait for call I am still waiting until by 3 Pm no t call I aske them they say pruduct is not ready . waiting USDA aprove. So why they maked apointment 12/17/23 /3:Pm they don't have product ready for load .Driver weast time .

Appt 700-1700. Arrived 12:10pm didn't leave til until 11pm. Had to wait for product before could load me. Longest wait I've ever done. Slept on street after, Noone bothered me. Nice area and friendly staff, restrooms available. Needless to say, truck needed regen after that stay. Check in right side of dock 11 around wall.

Opened a package. Rinsed them off. Sliced some up for myself and my child, ate some then looked down and a strawberry was already bit into half way and was sitting in the package. The package was SEALED. I’m disgusted. Shame on you all.
