I really like Anda House. Not insanely hot, just right. Great teachers!

Love Anda! Have had really bad back pain in the past, and it's almost completely gone since going to Anda. It's clean, traditional, all the instructors are the *BEST* and there's parking :) There's also a Yin by Jake that is straight heavenly.Definitely recommend!

2 words: Petri dish. This garage-like studio was so small and gross. They cram people in here like sardines. With that comes with people's hot breath and literal sweat on you. So disgusting. I understand that hot yoga is hot and sweaty but there was 0 ventilation in this place. People were coughing and blowing their noses like crazy during the class and of course I breathed in all of that nastiness since we were so crammed together. There's a small changing room where you could also store your things that is just laughable. There's no space for more than 2 people to move around and not enough cubbies for everyone to store their things. Aesthetically, the studio was as plain as it could get. There was a single front mirror. No pictures or decor. And no relaxing background music!!! All I could hear were people's grunts. Monica, the instructor was not my favorite and I've taken a lot of group classes before. It was my first time here and I didn't feel welcomed. She also didn't fix anyone's form to prevent injuries... prob because there were a thousand people in there. It was a miserable one hour class since it was so dirty and crammed. I can't NOT recommend this place enough.

We signed up via class pass and tried coming for a class in the morning and were under the impression that mats or towels would be available for rent but neither was available. We were about to purchase them for $18 each bc we were already there. Then another girl walks in and tries to enter the class and comes back out and says there's no room. I peek in and it is Insanely full.. and I was with one other girl.. so we asked to reschedule BC we were about to be laying on each other practically. The tall brunette at the front, I think the instructor for the class, wasn't understanding it was my first time. Not very welcoming. And another thing don't put on your class pass bio that there is social distancing when everyone is going to be shoved into the tiny room like sardines in a can. Will not be coming back.

Bad yoga. Every teacher uses different instructions. Many times teachers offer conflicting instructions for the same postures.

Really difficult and burn lots of calories. I get a little overwhelmed with the rules but I will come back.

5/5 for HOT Yoga and pricing options. The only thing "wish" list is a quick shower option since it is hard to manage going to work or errands after a sweaty class.

Tried a class here last weekend with Jake, the hour express. Would definitely recommend. Class was active and the heat was exactly what you want from hot yoga. The facility itself is on the small side, but has everything you need for a class. Easy parking next to the entrance, which is in the back of the shopping complex.

I’ve been coming to this studio over the years and have always been so happy with the Bikram style of yoga which has elevated much back pain and the caring instructors. Today had been an especially challenging day for me. I was so looking forward to my class with Koko. On my way to class my son called me to help him deal with his car insurance and a small fender bender, then my daughter was calling me to help her with her homework…plus dealing with some medical billing issues and working all day. As I was heading to class I decided to not go and help my kiddos out instead. I was fully expecting to just lose the class credit. I didn’t even try to get a refund. To my surprise Koko canceled my class and gave me back credit for the class. Sometimes it’s the small thing that put a smile on ones face. I’ve only had the pleasure of taking Koko’s class once, but loved it and am looking forward to many more. This studio and its instructors exemplify the caring, nurturing yogi philosophy!

I love heated yoga and this yoga house makes it easy, simple and fun to be part of a wonderful yoga community. I’ve been coming here since 2019. Even when COVID-19 hit they still continued virtually. I highly recommend.
