Really rude customer service the Mexican lady with long black hair that works all days mornings is weird, the employees of the balboa said that they get the same complaint very often. AMPM CLAIRMONT MESA, if you want to know where your customers go for their coffee, sodas, etc. etc., is the other loculation, where the employees are efficient and polite.

Why can't we post zero stars. Just had a terrible experience here with pricing. The sign clearly said 3/5 but the items rang up for $15 and they wouldn't honor it. they tried to take the sign down as I snapped a photo.

So I stopped by here the other day on my way to lunch hoping I could redeem some of my rewards on the app, but when I came inside, the employees told me to go to the location in Point Loma because it was a bigger store in which would carry all of those items I was looking for. I did take a few pictures around the store including the drinks area which had the frozen coffee I was supposed to get on the app, but the employee denied that, only until I went to another ampm store and found out later, so either she didn't know or she didn't want to do it, regardless I got what I needed, but I would stay far away from this location :)

I will not go here again until the ownership flips for the better. Their gas is always higher by 2-4 cents than the other stations on opposite corners. Their beer prices are high (along with everything else)...and they LOCK IT UP! I can't believe it. So you have to wait for one of their clueless, rude employees to come and unlock the cooler. The last two times I was there the same cashier, I believe, purposely, tried to short me on my change buy as much as $2 and change. That and the locked up beer was the last Tango for me. These guys are total pirates. They want to screw you out of every nickel they can. So I drive the extra distance to Jimbos Liquor where they are honest and friendly. I would give them zero stars but you can't do that here on Yelp. Stay away!

Went to into place claim my ampm prizes today at 730 pm the Asian old guy with the glasses wasn't nice to me he yelled at for no reason was very rude I decided I only wanted corn dog he wouldn't cancel one. He force me to buy two . He told me has customers waiting .he was give me really bad attitude and told me to hurry and buy.

The lady that works here late at nights is amazing I seriously love her positive attitude and every time I come here she's so positive that I just can't take it. The most loving person I have ever met seriously
