Ahh Ampm this has to be the worst store ever, dry rude unfriendly wasteful clerks at night are a joke. The rewards system is a joke and never works or is offline.
Twice in 1 week my reward was thrown away in my favorite e because the rewards system at the store wasn't working.
How shameful wasteful and unprofessional of them, what horrible customer service, rewards program is a disgraceful joke and waste of time.
There's better gas stations that have rewards that actually work, way better customer service and atleast you'll be respected and treated fairly.
This gm should be let go for how poorly this store is and how dry, cold, uneducated and unprofessional the employees are at this store.
I hate Ampm now and will take most my business elsewhere.

Ruined my day, bought gas, and went in to get a quick bite.. Tried to get $16 worth of stuff, and to my surprise, my debit card was declined, I had just added $200... Oh, but they Over Authorized $140 more than the $60 of gas I got!! So I needed to drop everything and couldn't get food their or anywhere? Very inconvenient.

One of my favorite gas station convenience stores. Tons of snacks and sandwiches are right there to grab when you walk in. Great time saver if you work around here. Super busy area - I enjoy the hustle bustle.

Something is extremely fishy here and I'm adamant now that the cashier is a thief. I came in to pay and I noticed the cashier still hadn't finished ringing the other guys cash transaction. He still had the cash in his hands when he rung me up (this is where I think he steals it) Twenty dollars paid in cash for gas and when I went to the pump the gas was already pumped. When I went back to get it reset so I could get my gas I was told no you already got your gas. I was brought back to the managers office and we looked at the cameras for twenty minutes while I was having a panic attack and in tears. I was given every excuse under the sun that it's my gas meter and that I was there long enough to get my gas. I have been since trying to get ahold of upper management. A manger from another location called, but was already told the story and was partial to the other manager. Nothing was resolved and as of now still waiting to hear from someone. The other store manager will not give me the number he is calling to call corporate.

arco charges you 11 cents a gallon for using a credit card... what a load of crap! i will never use an arco station for as long as i live... bunch of greedy greedy pigs!!!

Space cadet workers! A lady wouldn't let me load money onto my prepaid card unless I bought something??? Never has that been a thing. Super rude too, I usually only do good reviews but this here is a HELL NAH

I don't do yelp reviews much or quite often but, with the experience I've had coming to this ampm I can honestly say they are really nice people and welcoming. went in the buy a disposable hyppe bar and got two. the lady said if I wanted to open them and try them to make sure they work before I leave I could. I was shocked that she said that because normally people don't do that and it's a hit and miss with product not working. it made me happy that she let me do that. they understand and value their customers wants and needs, always wanting to make sure people leave satisfied. I can say I sure did. would recommend this location to others based off my experiences.

i came to this gas station an everytime i come here i always have the bad experience of customer service from this latina lady name suraya.. she gives the baddes customer service i've have had at a gas station. i wonder who is the manager of this gas station?

There is a young woman named Jackie that works here, and she really is the only reason I come here. So polite, so friendly, such a beautiful smile and eventhough we are all fighting our own personal battles, she always wears that welcoming contagious smile. Giant wedding ring, so you know there's a very lucky man somewhere. Ha ha, I can't believe I wrote that. Ahhh, don't give me electronic social media stuff, or this kind of thing happens... raw, inappropriate honesty.

So frustrated! It offers you a car wash and a lower price per gallon at 10:48 on a Sunday morning but the car wash isn't open on Sundays... What on earth?! The cashier was happy to show me that all sales are final on their stupid sign by the register and then tell me about the small writing of hours on the gas pump that has so much writing I didn't realize I had to stop to read everything before their pump was offering me a car wash and they were advertising it so why take money from me but they're not open? Of course the manager isn't here until Monday after 8am. I just don't know why it's even an option coming up on the pump to them trick you like that to just rip me off... I live nowhere near here and this is of no use to me
