I just went there today at 11:13 am . The caisher lady who just tell me come back tomorrow if you have any problems. I bought the monster energy drink and give her 10 dollars bill and she give me a change 1 doller and a few cents. When I told her I give her 10 dollars bill and she said no I give her 5 dollars bill. I am sure I give her $10 because I want change and that only cash that I bring . And she start yelling and said come back tomorrow. But the employee like her should not be there . So rude.

The management is rude. Melissa is the assistant manager. She acts like she's better than everyone else. The kitchen is full of roaches. For a long time it smelled of sh** all throughout the store. Frankie is one of the cashiers. He's harassed multiple customers and laid hands on some. He tells customers to leave so he can mop the floor. Richard is the general manager. Seems like he doesn't care anymore. This place was really nice and now it's not. I'll never go back there agan.

Zero Stars. Filing a complaint.I want to file a complaint. I go there all the time. I went there to go get beer. The time was around 6:20pm. There was a worker there that was moping the floor. There was a caution sign up so I proceeded with caution. Slippery when wet. It does not say closed. It's warning to let people know the floor is wet. I was literally one step away from opening the freezer. The gentleman told me that the section is closed off and that I needed to get out. I told him that I will be careful and I see the signs. He insisted that the section is closed because he was moping. I said to him that the sign says caution it doesnt say closed. He started to get into an argument with me in front of customers and started using foul language saying the "F" word. I started to get upset and got angry. I asked for his name and he said get the "F" out of here. Since he didnt want to give me his name I can only identify what he looks like. He is hispanic, bald with tattoos. This guy doesn't know what he is talking about and was on a power trip. He told me that I needed to respect his peers. Really? The cashier/ co worker got heated and told me to "F"ing leave as well. I asked for their mangers and they told me to "Fucking Leave". They refuse to get a manager. I told him I come here all the time. You want me to leave? What did I do wrong? I know rules and regulations. I get it. These workers need dicispline and get fired. Horrible customer service. They went off at me and wasn't trying to understand the situation. They only knew what they knew. They are friends that should look out for one another but this is unjust and wrong. Hispanic customers were outraged not knowing the situation and they wanted to fight me because I was the only Asian confronting an hispanic employee for his behavior. I said you guys can get into a lot of trouble if I get legal involved. I ask the guy at the counter how long will it take for the floors to dry because I can wait. They said 2 mintues. Then 5 minutes. The hispanic guy was moping the entire AmPm and customers were still walking in. Why didnt he just close the whole store and tell customers they couldn't come in until the floor was dry??? I waited and bought my beer. Thanked them. But these are the type of people you should not hire working at your place of business. Completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I will stop coming to this AmPm. They just lost a loyal customer.

I stop here on my way to work early mornings. Half the time now the older lady is sitting outside smoking, and tells me their closed. Guess I have to stop at Chevron from now on. Fix this problem please.

Associate didn't give a refund option for the purchase of a car wash. Associate stated the code was good for a month. There wasn't any option for an out of town customer.

I stop here frequently and have a fine experience. However this morning I was appalled when I saw a manager clapping in an employee's face telling her to move faster and swearing at her. That is incredibly inappropriate. I would rather wait an extra minute to check out my drink than watch an employee be verbally abused/disrespected. The managers appalling behavior is the reason for the rating.

I walked in trying to purchase alcohol 2 days ago, and the guy didn't even bother looking at me, he said they weren't selling any, but it was 11:45 pm ... the guy was also very racist torward my friend that know little of the language . Not professional at all. How do you guys have someone like that "running " your store.

I worked down the street cleaning ambulances for two and half years. During the pandemic, after I had to clean the Covid Ambulances I would bring them here to get gas. Going to this Gas Station nearly everyday I want to say that every time I went there would be at least one person taking out the trash, wiping the counters, or wiping down the door handles. I think the staff does a great job!

Vacuum doesn’t work and they don’t help. Also the customer service is really rude. They even refused that the vacuum wasn’t theirs but we made him give our money back. I would not recommend this to anybody neither the gas or the vacuum. Even the car wash is dirty. DONT come here.

Its really too bad...Ive been coming here for years to get gas and coffee, food for lunch and various things for at least 8 years now. Today however the assistant manager blocked my car as I was trying to leave and told me "you didnt pay for your coffee" I told him I did and that he can ask the cashier. Instead he started telling me I didnt pay and muttering something about me, I told him I didnt take coffee and we walked back into the store, he asked the cashier, she told him I did pay and he offered no apology or anything but started arguing with the cashier. I dont need this before work, before Ive had coffee...Im not ever going back to this place. Youd think after 10 years theyd recognize you, or at least be able to converse with you instead of blatant accusations and over a coffee..Screw them...

Great customer service from both gentlman working around 10:42. Quick cashier. The store is very clean and and smells good. Everything is front faced. There's a restroom for both male/female. The ladies room was very clean. New trash bag. Clean toilet. The sink & mirrors were clean. Definitely will come back!
