Terrible Customer service from Ruben a supposed supervisor today. Just because I was mentioning quotes I received earlier this week. He definitely needs some training on handling his people skills and anger issues maybe idk. Would really like to hear back from the request I just put in because it was very unprofessional the way he interacted with me.

I had a last minute wedding ceremony I needed insurance for. After countless quotes from other insurance agencies I reached out to Roy from American Tri Star. I was amazed by the professionalism provided to me. Not only did Roy work directly with the permit agency to ensure our policy had all the correct endorsements we needed but he also kept me informed every step of the way. This was the easiest process I've ever had with the purchase of insurance. I will only use American Tri Star for any of my future insurance needs, thanks again Roy !
