Staff: friendly and bilingual Location: parking is crowded Experience: Purchased a Stetson Hat for Christmas and the staff mentioned it can be returned within a few days for resizing. They order a new hat within less than a week we received it. My family member loved it so much he is now a recurring customer. My family member purchased a leather jacket, few shirts and wants to purchase boots. Affordable reasonable rates! Great buy!

Started shopping for a Sombrero/Cowboy hat today. We came from Kearny Mesa Boot Barn (not recommended) and Chula Vista El Centenario (recommended). They were both over priced. I came into Alvarez's shop and was welcomed here, and let the owner know what I was looking for, showed me a variety of options and answered all my questions within 15 min. We had spent like 30 minutes or more at the other stores. Thanks Señor Alvarez for the competitive pricing and great customer service
