This was a terrible experience. Maybe it’s because the medications I need are not readily available at a regular pharmacy AND cost close to $4K in one order that REQUIRES a signature on delivery. But having a delivery tracker that first says 30 min away and proceeds to push the ETA back an hour multiple times until it’s now saying 9:45pm doesn’t instill confidence or convenience. The delivery person shows up exasperated and without saying hello in response to my greeting tries to get me to sign the screen without me knowing what’s in this box. I said I’d like to make sure it’s all here and they said “well you’re the last delivery so it can’t be wrong.” I explained that these are time sensitive medications and I needed to make sure it’s the correct stuff and opened the box. The delivery person said “I have to go, you got it,” took a picture of me and the box and left. While I’m sure this delivery person was tired and tried to say that they left an hour after they were supposed to start delivering, the whole interaction was really unprofessional. And while I didn’t have choice as to where my doctor sent the Rx, I will certainly not be eager to order anything like this via Alto again.

Repeatedly messed up my prescription, offering only 30 day supplies when they need to be offering 90 day supplies. When asked about it, they made me go back to insurance and work with my doctor to get to the bottom of it. They then fixed the mistake for the next prescription, but immediately made the same mistake on the next refill. Stick to a local "mom and pop" pharmacy rather than Alto since they're better at answering their phones and not making mistakes with life saving medication.

Delivery was left on the road outside our property not at our front door in a safe place! Really bad place for my expensive medication.

First time i use Alto. So happy my doctor directed me to Alto Pharmacy ! So convenient and it avoid long wait at pharmacy with poor service with unfriendly behind the counter employees. I am impressed by the fast and easy service delivery! I just hope all my doctors specialists and Primary doctors will be able to use Alto for all my futur prescriptions ! Awesome pharmacy for home delivery! Got my first order last night. Everything was clearly communicated and the app is so easy to use. Great insurance coverage with Tricare. Best experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Gonna be a long time customer with Alto.

I messaged at 10:48am to change the delivery and someone responded around 5pm that they couldn’t change it. Hopefully it is still there when I get home tomorrow.

I picked up my Rx for the first time at their Kearny Mesa Rd location in San Diego and could not have been more impressed by the guidance and support I received from the pharmacist, Chris. He went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood my new medications and gave a lot of helpful tips. I'm grateful to have found Alto!

My prescription was to be delivered on Thursday then changed to Wednesday then changed to Tuesday between 10:15 and 2:15 and then to before 5:10.The meds were left in our mailbox which is a block from our house and not visible from our house. It's 95 degrees here now, the caramel is completely melted and we are concerned the meds have been damaged from the heat.NO ONE came to our house and asked for a signature!
