Tom is one of those few genuine people that make spending your money a happy occasion. He provides great communication, quality US made products, and reasonable prices. He is not just the owner but an enthusiast. If you don't have Kartboy products you are missing out.

Absolutely amazing customer service with incredible products. I bought a short shifter for my jdm 5mt swapped rs but I ordered the wrong one, Tom was extremely quick with responses and very helpful, sent mine back and got the right one in no time, I'm even pretty sure I got it before he even received my exchange. Will definitely be my first choice for other Subaru needs.

Awesome customer service! My dumbass fat fingered my address and didn't catch it until it's was too late. I emailed and got a super fast response from Tom and was willing to send out a replacement. I didn't want to do that since it was my fault. So I waited until it was returned and he was right on it getting it sent back out.
