The negative reviews here worried me a bit when I had to take my Tesla here. Just goes to show that everyone's experience is different. I had no problems here. My car was actually done quicker than I expected - about 2 weeks and the part that was damaged looks new. Communication was great throughout the entire process as well. Thank you.

This place used to be called, " All American Paint and Body". My parents and I brought our car to this place twice. The first was pretty good and straight forward. However, the second time around All American/Crash Champions took a week to start on our car. This ate up time for our rental that was provided by our insurance. Overall the repairs took nearly 2 months and when our rental provided by insurance ended after 1 month, Albert Magos from All American/Crash Champions told us to keep the rental as he would insure that All American would cover the additional days needed. Boy do I regret taking Alberts word for that and not getting that in writing. They also did a pretty piss poor job on aligning car body parts and because of this I will highly discourage anyone from bringing their car(s) here.

I originally gave them 4 stars s I've used them before and gave them a great review for that service. But I guess the guy who helped me then left and took his above and beyond service with him. Yes the bumper repair looks good, but they didn't clean even the red chalk marks they put on my car. I know this sounds petty, but before they polished my car and made sure everything was done correctly. Not this time. My car is making noises in the front end and I let them know it through the alignment off from the accident. Now my tires are so bad, not only am I going to pay for an alignment I'm also going to need new tires. So I'm taking it to a mechanic next week and I hope there isn't any front end damage underneath. They didn't seem very receptive to checking it and for me to submit anything I find back to the insurance company, which kinda stinks cause I had a lot more faith in them. My wife got in an accident also and wanted to bring her car back here, but now is sceptical after she hears what's going on with our pilot. Anyways, I had to update this cause I'm really not satisfied. Thanks

went here via geico after my vehicle was hit and 10/10 recommend. they kept me updated the entire time about the status of repairs and had it back to me when they said they would. and they even cleaned it for me!

Older lady on the front desk seemed generally mad that she had to do something... said none of her estimators were around, didn't seem to want to help, made little effort on customer service. Offered to make me an appointment for next week when I clearly mentioned my car literally can't be driven. Funny this place was actually recommended by Tesla.... Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Seems like they aren't about helping people , more so just taking the business from Tesla since it's down the street. Don't recommend at all.... Go somewhere else

We took our late model Tesla in for repairs due to a minor collision that required a new front fender, new mirror, minor body work, painting entire rightside and wheel refurbishing. The person I worked with was Jesse Pineda. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very communicative. Never did I wonder what was being done as he kept informed and/or he responded quickly to my emails. The job was supposed to take 2 weeks and it came in on time. I am extremely satisfied with the final results, the car looks great. I would absolutely bring my car here in the future if needed and I recommended this shop to others.

Not a good experience - It’s been 3 months and I’ve had to take my car in 3 times and it’s still not fixed. We were rear ended and took the car here because our insurance company recommended it. First attempt to fix took 60+ days. They ordered parts, waited 3 weeks for them to arrive only to find out they didn’t get all the parts needed, so there were more orders and waiting. I got the car back after 2 months and when I got home saw that the brake light was still out so had to take it back in to get fixed. Brought the car home again to find that panels were sticking out, there were gaps between panels and lining missing in between other panels. When I brought the car back in they asked me what I did to the car and said it wasn’t like that when it left the shop. Also asked me if I had messed with the glass – definitely wasn’t cool to be accused of messing up the car when they were the ones that couldn’t fix it. They tried to tell me there was nothing they could do to fix and that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer. As of now they are finally seeing what they can do to fix the panel/missing liner and I’m waiting to hear from them.
