Started a loan in 2019 for a rental at 4% for 20 yrs. It announced to bring payments inhouse in June 2023 and I ignored till today. Lety emailed me and reminded me to check online or call and I found out a late fee of $31. I called immediately and the lady waived it after I paid it right away.
