Honestly, I've had great experience with the customer service employees. However, Aetna's website and app is a complete waste of time. You will get out dated information (phone numbers, addresses, etc). And you will not be able to find out any information about your benefits and the costs associated (pre-deductible). The cost estimate tab is a waste of time because the search filter is horrible and cannot find the request you are searching for. Overall, disappointed.

Sorry, insurance company. I was traveling and requested an additional refill, they declined. They definitely do not care about patients well being only for deep pockets!

AVOID at all costs. Find a better carrier if you can.. any and every other option would be better.Their customer service is atrocious. If you have any issue at all and need their help, you're not going to get it. Rather, they'll send you on a loop because NONE of their administrators want to do the work. It's mind-blowing. Even the simple things.. They might have the worst customer service I've ever had in my life -- certainly top 3.I've had headaches with them over and over again. And most recently, they've put me at serious risk by making an enormous mistake that I specifically asked them to avoid because I was so worried about the consequences.. and they, somehow, did it anyways. Afterwards, they acknowledged that they made the mistake and then actually LIED about the solution, which made things way worse.I'm worried about my health now because of this carrier.. think about that.. And they don't care. They don't help -- they make things worse. If you care about your health to any capacity, AVOID this carrier at all costs. Save yourself..

I've been trying for a month to get assigned to my preferred primary care physician, but have encountered unexpected difficulties. This delay is forcing me to postpone my neurology treatment. I wish my employer didn't have Aetna as an insurance provider.

If anyone needs times, I was told 6am to 8pm(probably a lie)Went there to get a simple form fill. Person who attended me (most USELESS from all?♂️?♂️?♂️) told me where the office was (I was at the front door already), and kept making me repeat the same information over and over. Also, mentioned that he works from home. At the end he never even help me.????

They keep calling my Uncle on the phone and harrassing ohim. He suffered a dual stroke 4 yrs ago and is now disabled. He does NOT need to be harassed
